Can I strip wash and clay bar at the same time?

I may be trying to do too much at one time but I was wondering if I could clay bar and strip wash in one step.  Was thinking that I could mix up some Rinseless at 16:1 and add some APC.  Does anyone do this or a variation?  Also, will it destroy my clay?

i believe the APC will eat up the clay bar if you do this

APC will destroy the clay. Easier just to do a strip wash then start claying while the car is still wet.

I would strip with a diluted pre-soak of APC mixed in the rinseless solution, then do a normal rinseless wash and clay the panel after you've washed it with your rinseless soaked towel, before drying (you have to work fast) - this way the panel is cleaned of any APC residue and is still wet and ready to be clayed but adding it to the pre-soak effectively lets you strip.

 

Thats the process I would do to accomplish your goal.
