Applying Americana Wax w/ Dual Action?

GST Auto Detail

Question

Is this recommended or should I do it by hand?  I've always done it by hand, but am thinking using my DA would make the job easier and allow me to get a more uniformed coat on it.  I know I've read that you can apply Brilliant Glaze with a DA, but wasn't sure about Americana Wax.  If it's okay, what's the best way to get the wax on the pad?  I'd be using black waxing pads.  Thanks guys!

I don't particularly recommend it. It's too difficult to get the Americana wax onto the foam applicator pad, and you will most likely end up using far more wax than you would than applying it by hand. For a liquid product like Paint Sealant, Brilliant Glaze, or Buttery Wax, those all work great with a DA, but with a hard paste wax like Americana, I personally don't think it's worth the effort to try to use a machine.
