Adams 110% gaurantee...follow-up

Recommended Posts

I had posted under a different user name on here earlier today after receiving the following email. The email I had received after submitting a request to return Tire Shine, though I had ordered other products, which I like, and I have used Adams Polishes products since 2007.

Thank you very much for your email, and for your purchases with Adam's Polishes!

I apologize that Adam's Tire Shine is not working well for you. I would be happy to issue you a gift certificate for the value of the the tire shine to use towards the purchase of a different product.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional info, and I will be happy to help!

Thanks,

FOLLOW UP

I wished to originally add to my original post. Foremost, I made my original post, so that other customers had knowledge of what could happen, and then to follow up with what happened. For I do not believe I should have to request money. Nor should I be given one option of a gift card, when there is three options, almost like it was a swindle game, hoping I would go for the gift card. Yet, I would bet against that, being what Adam himself desires.
Nonetheless, I was sent an email with the refund of the product to my credit card on file. A-top of this, I was also called by another customer service person, who was very nice, who actually:
-searched my email address for my info
-did the return
-called me
This I would call incredible customer service I have not seen anywhere - besides in the firearm industry.

So I wanted to let people know. Adams does stand behind their products, and has great customer service, though what the email I received said. And it is somewhat messed up, that my old account on here is no long able to post anything. To which, this account might be too, but I'll leave this

I used most Adams products with exception to

Buttery Wax - due to I like a harder liquid wax, and it is built for easy coats on garage queens, while I like to seal and then wax my outdoor car.

Tire Shine- did not last like I thought.

Undercarriage spray- It is great for winter to protect underside of car, but it is a luxury item.

And so, as a man who is a doubter until made a believer, to those who are questionable. I would put my own money behind anyone buying....the following list, if they did not like the products, I would personally buy them from you:
-foam pads
-sealant
-paint polishes
-VRT, tried this on a 10 year old car,(rubber never treated) two coats and it looks new, has lasted three washes and one month living outside.
-fender +tire brushes
-interior applicator
-blue applicators
-window towels
-double soft towels
-interior cleaner
-interior conditioner
-americana wax
-car shampoo
-drying towel
-black foam block
-wash pad
-grit guard
-bucket with wheels
-clay bar

I'd love to post more on here, maybe one day I will. I'd love to give a detailed reason on why I feel as I do about the products I use, and why there are a few products I use from other companies. But I'm not sure when it comes to the time. And I highly doubt I could ever qualify now to be "sponsored to make YouTube videos reviewing the few Adams products I have not used. Because, when I bought my second car, my first brand new car, I was lucky my dad's good friend had a zO6 corvette and had tested a lot of products out, and so I knew what to stay way from. And there are many out there who do not know what to believe and what not to believe. If you have made it this far. If you ever see in the future a user with an 'r' starting the user name and a title of "100% honest review" it will be I. good luck

So I am lost. Why can't you post from your original account.

Glad you are satisfied.  I agree you should be given the option for money back guarantee or credit but just sounded like Ben misunderstood your wishes.
