Drying Aid After Every Wash?

Just a curiosity questions...do you guys use some type of product on the surface following every normal wash; like your favorite QD, H2OG&G, D156, or a spray wax/QD of your favorite brand, etc, during the towel drying process? I typically have not been doing that and have never had any ill effects like inducing swirls or light damage. Just curious if you guys enjoy it, think it adds a layer of lubricity for the towel, or to get a layer of a spray wax down?

 

Any reasons/benefits to use a QD over a spray wax or vice versa? Personal preference?

I meant to follow up here.  I got the side kick on the new years sale.  I LOVE THAT LITTLE THING!!!!  I wish I had not waited so LONG....the more expensive ones must be AMAZING if this little thing is this great!  But for just my own cars...MY GOODNESS you can not go wrong with a Side Kick!  BUY ONE!

I have one also.

So nice getting all the water out of the seams and cracks so there's no water trails down the sides or water blowing out of the mirror housings.

It took me a minute to figure out "MBR"...then I became seriously jealous!

I use detail spray on my routine washes and g&g evry 3rd or 4th was. No need to do g&g after every wash, it will last as long as you keep it up with some detail spray after your routine wash or with the wash and wax soap

Detail spray and G&G every 3rd or 4th wash.

 

About the same.  I haven't yet tried a Rinseless but I will likely finish up with a detail spray after wiping off the wash.
