I was unsatisfied with the original formula ceramic boost but at the time was the only option and now that Adams revamped the formula I inquired about receiving a break for shipping of a bottle of it. I didn’t ask for a refund/exchange or anything but a break on shipping. I do not need anything else at this time and am fully stocked on nothing BUT Adams stuff. Disappointed that the rep was unwilling to work with me being that the coating kit was $150 at the time and the old formula is terrible. I expected more from them. End Rant.
