Yea Tom you are crazy it was orange!:lol: Yes I first bought a used one, then ran across a super deal on a new one that I couldn't pass up!:D Its not only black it is exact same paint code as my GTO! McDuff Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 Well I can tell you that I just got back from our trip to North Carolina and Atlanta and put over 2300 miles on my G8 and I averaged right at 25 mpg for most of the trip at about 80 mph. It got killed sitting on the freeways stopped for accidents. I was stopped dead at the second toll booth on the WV turnpike for 2 hours! I sure am happy with that kind of mileage out of a V8 and that kind of HP. My Grand Prix with the 3800 V6 averaged 28 on that trip when I had it, but it sure wasn't as much fun when I kicked it in the ***. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
