Can I add Adams graphene ceramic spray coating over XTREME SOLUTIONS LVR 403 FOAM PAD POLISHING GLAZE?

I am not at all familiar with this xtreme product that you are talking about, however if you don't have a bare  clean surface to apply to the Graphene spray won't adhere and won't last.

Just the word glaze in the title tells me No!  You should not apply any coating (or IMO, was also) to ANYTHING.  Like Chris said, use Surface Prep as your very last step just prior to applying any wax, coating, etc.

I'm familiar with it enough to know that a good Strip Wash will remove it and then you can start with a Clay, Polish and Surface Prep before applying the Graphene to ensure that you have a clean vehicle.   The most important part of any product application is the preparation and when you get into coatings that are designed to last a year or more is to ensure your preparation is spot on.
