  1. I have a Jeep Wrangler with cloth seats, and the inserts have a type of netting design and Im worried about using a carpet brush like I would be around emblems on floor mats. I have sprayed carpet cleaner directly onto the seat and scrubbed with a towel but didn't seem to do the trick. I have a bissell little green carpet cleaner, but dont like how wet it makes everything, but if that will do the trick I will give it a shot. Any other tips? Here is a stock photo
  2. Terrific job, it looks flawless. I love the look of it lowered on the OEM rims. The only thing I would change is to black out the front grille. Otherwise wise, it looks perfect
  3. Looks great! Congrats on the new ride, I love those. Any plans for it?
  4. Love your Jeep! I just pcked up a 4 door JK as well, havent detailed it yet and I'm already dreading it. I made sure to stock up on my SVRT supply. What do you have done to your headlights? Do you have a retro fit in there?
  5. My friend asked if that is ok? Can anything happen if it cures too long?
  6. Thanks everyone. Unfortunatley she's up for sale because we just found out we're having #2 on the way! The toy has to go for now
  7. Ive got to get my hands on this brilliant glaze. I have yet to try it, and the only downfall im hearing is longevity. Next order will have to include some for sure
  8. What a perfect state for that car to be registered in, it matches perfect. Beautiful ride and nice job
  9. Anyone going to be attending this year? Im about 45 mins north, and during this week I will be going to flint for the back to the bricks cruise, but will be on Woodward Ave all day saturday
  10. With the woodward dream cruise right around the corner, it was time to get the goat looking right. I threw in a few before pictures. I was detoured the other day through some construction This is the first time i've spent any real time on the paint, and I'm glad I did because she need some love, and lots of it! When I started out I wasn't sure how perfect I was going for and was going to see how hard it fought me. It wasn't the easiest nor the hardest, but I believe I achieved about 80% and I'm more than happy with the results. Started off with a decon wash Clayed 3 step polish Waxed Plastics dressed with in and out Rubbers dressed with svrt Before Headlights need some love After Headlights looking right Quick shot of the interior. I ran out of time and didn't get to detail it, however it's still clean. Just needs a quick vacuum.
  11. Looks great! I'm in the process of doing my GTO. Proving to be a more rewarding color than I thought
  12. Nice work and welcome! How long does an aeronautical detail take on average?
  13. Never seen the DWC turn wheels blue Looks nice and clean!
  14. Nice job, truck looks great! Looks like you can't take all the credit though, you've got a great little helper
  15. You've been busy! Atleast with back to back black vehicles it's very rewarding when you're finished. Great job on the Ford Truck, those pictures looked amazing.
  16. Wow! I wasnt expecting that dramatic of a difference. Those wheels were dirty! Looking good now
  17. I just used this on my gto and wifes brand new traverse which I made sure the dealer didnt prep and it spread over all the materials (Leather & plastics) and it spread perfectly. I will say since you own a Kia, we just traded in our Hyundai and since the two companies are related - some of the materials in the Hyundai gave me the hardest time spreading product over evenly. I hated detailing that car, seemed to fight me so hard. Hopefully you find a solution, I absolutely love this product.
  18. I used DupliColor caliper paint in the can. I love the high gloss / wet look it gives.
  19. Thanks guys! Super happy with the end result. This weekend she'll get a full correction done, Photoshoot pictures coming soon
  20. Been trying to decide for a while what color to paint my calipers. I really didn't want to do black because it hides them too much imo, but in the end I'm glad I did. Started out rusty and red Gave all the wheels a good cleaning while they were off the car Added a decal for that added touch So happy the rust and red is gone!
  21. Tried out the total interior detailed on the wifes traverse, and loved it! Also painted my calipers black today and gave my wheels a good cleaning while off the car
  22. I have some very sticky tape in my back window where the temporary plate was taped to the glass and it's the nastiest, strongest tape I have ever seen. Before I go at it with some chemicals, I want to make sure I'm not going to harm my window tint. Any ideas?
