  1. I know Graphene and ceramic coating should be done indoors and cure for 24 hours indoors.

However my truck does not fit in my 1 car garage, which leaves any detailing to be done outdoors. Has anyone applied the Graphene outdoors and it come out looking good? I figured i would have to make sure it doesn't rain or get morning dew on it for the 24 hours.

I have thought about buying one of the portable canopies to fit my truck, but to use it rarely is not an expense i'm ready to spend.

  2. My son is trying to talk me in going to Carlisle this year, so we can drool all over the vettes. We have never been before. Any suggestions to maximize the experience? We would go Saturday. Anywhere to get free tickets or discounted tickets?

@ Adams polishes you should make up some mystery boxes and sell them at car shows.

  3. I bought a bottle for myself, not knowing my son bought a bottle for me also. So i'm trading off my bottle of 300 K detail spray. Attached is a picture of the 4 items I'm will to trade my bottle for.. My requested 4 items for my 1 bottle of 300K detail spray.

  4. I’m looking for peoples 2 cents on which metro vac to get. These are 3 I’m looking at. One is just a blower and the other 2 are vacuums and blowers. Is the vacuum feature any good, compare to a shop vac?

  5. I have a 2018 GMC Sierra with the white tri frost paint on it. I have noticed some rail dust in the paint, and my question is, would it be safe to use wheel cleaner to remove the rail dust with a paint that has tiny metal flakes in it?

I know the rail dust is usually in the clear coat but what if the rail dust goes to the paint?

    Any thought?

i would include a picture but they truck is filthy.

So here it is Christmas Eve, I was going to come up with some cheesy poetry but way to much going on around here to get a poetry groove going. So plan and simple here it is.

Its been a good year for me overall and Im deciding to share that with several more folks.

In the spirit of the holidays I am opting to donate some products to some of my fine detail hobbyists.

The following are available for you, I am not capping a limit but just asking for everyone to take what you will use.

    16oz Bottles:

    3 Glass Cleaner

    2 Blue Shampoo

    1 Leather and Interior Cleaner

    1 Old Formula Buttery Wax

And for the first "geek" that names a sequence that was used somewhere in this post I have a Gallon of Detail Spray.

So there it is some holiday cheer passed along from one to another! Keep the spirit going all year.

    if you add up the numbers mention in your post it comes to 24 and you posted this on the 24th. 16 + 3 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 24
