    Shine

    From the album: Pontiac G8

  2. Once dry I store all applicators and microfibers in zip lock freezer bags.
  3. I have been thru 2 16 oz bottles using the same application towels. They were white and have turned gray but are just as soft and useful as new. I machine wash them using a competitors microfiber wash and mix in a cap full or 2 of revitalizer.
  4. You guys are forcing me to try this combo. I already have a combo I think works great but if it can get better, I'm in! Anyone put the wax on by machine?
  5. There is a lot of orange peel in that hood. Has it been repainted?
  6. Not seeing stains on the drying towels. The wet application towel is a different story. I now have a few dedicated stained application towels!
  7. If you are covering the rust with fender flares get some POR15. You paint it on and It will treat the rust in a way that it will not spread further. Just remember to get inside and outside or you will be wasting your time. I have personally used POR15 on multiple rusty things and I am very satisfied with it.
  8. When I run across grabby glass I use a very light spray of Detail Spray. Adds just enough lubrication to allow whatever towel I use to glide across the surface.
  9. I use an applicator with TS sprayed on to it. I also dress my tires when I know the vehicle is not going anywhere for several hours. This has worked well for me!
  10. Finally got one of my many Vipers done. Car Shampoo, H2OG&G and Tire Shine. My wife thought I was nuts but approved of how it turned out!
  11. Wish I had thought of this when I was recovering from walking pneumonia recently. Rainy day Adam's fix now for sure!
  12. I would wash before and after the clay but other than that I agree with the order.
  13. Smells like a woman's hair perm. Works like no other so I will deal with that! And yes, I have noticed when the driveway becomes wet several days later the cleaner gets reactivated and stinks all over again!
  14. Don't give up guys. Once you find a process that works for you it will prove itself! Best stuff ever! Well, detail spray is pretty good too...
  15. Would like to see the tire that caused this kind of damage!
  16. I'll stick with glaze before the sealer. Makes the most sense to me. Glad you guys are seeing great results either way!
  17. I use 1 towel to apply rotating and refolding as I go and rinsing once or twice throughout the whole process. I find myself using the same amount on each panel regardless of how much the application towel has product buildup. 2 or 3 towels for removal depending on how saturated they get.
  18. Wheel cleaner would be the way to go. You could either use a wheel woolie or take the wheels off. Taking the wheels off is a pain but gives you the best access. I take mine off before a show to get to the calipers, rotors and the wheel barrels with ease.
  19. Shouldn't the glaze be applied BEFORE the sealant?
  20. Then don't buy 10. How does someone purchasing 10 impact you in any way assuming you want only one? Let's not forget the 'discount' that goes along with Mystery Boxes. This is one of several reasons I always buy 1 or 2 per round.
  21. I don't see the benefit of this. If someone wants to spend $300 on mystery boxes, let them! His purchase has no impact on yours.
