  1. Great pics and ideas guys! I have some ideas for bottle storage, and now I just need to find the perfect cart to put them on.
  2. I'm interested to know this as well. My 2001 Sierra with 300,000 miles has a "few" of these spots.
  3. After 7 orders in 2 months, I quickly realized that I need a way to keep everything close by when I'm washing and detailing my vehicles. I have a dozen or so bottles and misc. applicators and towels that I'd like to have in one spot so I don't keep making trips to the garage shelves. What does your setup look like?
  4. I would like to second that statement. Smart Post is a great way to save on shipping costs (for the supplier, shipper, and customer alike), but the drawback is having to be more "patient" getting your deliveries. I don't know a logical way to fix it, other than to expect higher shipping costs to not go that route. Hopefully something can be improved!
  5. I picked up one of UFO pads last night! I also have LPS and the accompanying 6" pad for application. How should I apply the buttery wax? I have the MF applicators.....but I also have the PC 7424. Are there any machine pads (and speed settings) you recommend for wax, or should that be done Mr Miagi style?
  6. Looking great Dan! I just ordered some polishing supplies, but did not pull the trigger on the MF polishing pad. What's 1 more order?!?
  7. I like the stickers! I use a Home Depot bucket for Soap, and a Lowe's bucket for Rinse. Not much a fan of Lowe's, so they get the dirtier bucket! I do need a Detail bucket though.....hmm, maybe next mystery box?!?
  8. I know there will be a few places my polisher can't get to (under door handles, tight spaces.....). How should I address those?
  9. Where can you buy that? That is perfect!!! Found it! Link Removed - Sorry. Linking of competitor products/websites is prohibited per the User Agreement. Thank you for understanding. -Dan
  10. Ha, I knew what LPS was, so I was just curious what LSP was. No worries, all on the same page now!
  11. What is LSP? I think dilluted All Purpose Cleaner might do the trick.
  12. How should I go about removing bug guts on the front, and rail dust on the rear? My truck has it the worst on both ends, and I still haven't found a way to SAFELY remove all of that. I would assume I need to remove all of that before correcting/polishing, correct? I don't want to apply too much pressure getting the bug guts off, what chemicals will help get those off? That's the only part holding me up on correcting/polishing that vehicle. My other 2 are in better shape.
  13. I already drank it Jimmy, that's how I got here!
  14. Hello! My name is James, and I live in Kansas City. Stumbled across this site from the GM-Trucks.com forum. My first order was some Detail Spray, Tire Shine, All Purpose Cleaner, and clay. All I can say is WOW! Not only are these the best performing products I've ever used, they smell fantastic too! Much better user experience than anything else I've used. I quickly placed another order with 20% chemical sale, and followed that up with a "Mystery Box". Head over to that thread to see what I scored there....I'm still speechless. How do I follow up that, well order more supplies of course! I was skeptical about informing my wife of my new found stash, but after using the Detail Spray on the kitchen appliances, she quickly gave the enthusiastic approval! I truly look forward to learning tips along the way. I have a truck that's been rode hard and put away wet a few times, a high mileage DD, and the family SUV. Each have their own needs, and I look forward to keeping them in tip top shape.
  15. Rob, Thank you for all that you have done for us! It's amazing to see people paying it forward! Glad to have you here!
  16. I've had great results with Goof Off. Heating up the decals does wonders as well.
