  1. Nope! Just an enthusiast but willing to help with what I know. Plus working on that Vette looks like it'd be fun! Hadn't planned on going. Been out of town for a while so leaving the house again with as many honey-do's as I likely have probably isn't the best idea.......
  2. Cool, not too far from me (I'm on the N end of the Springs, almost to Monument). If you need anything, just let me know. I have most everything and would be happy to let you try products, etc.
  3. Ceramic Boost (Summer 2018 release): 4-6 months Paint Coating (9H): 1-2 years Wheel Coating (9H): 1-2 years
  4. Regular Tide, or Tide Free & Clear? If the former, that's probalby your issue as perfumes and dyes can cause issues with the microfibers, gumming them up and causing reduced performance. If the latter, that could work, but I would highly recommend you use the MRB for washing towels. Here's a great article on the process: The video @wildcatz80 posted is how I wash my pads, too. Good stuff there.
  5. Took me a while, but I see you ?...18th row, 27th from the left. You're wearing red and white. But not a white hat, surprisingly. ?
  6. That's too bad. Having seen at least one recently (SK rental, I think?), I thought they were ok. Perhaps a way around it is to have Adam's offer a few options, we vote, and the releases (hint, hint for making this a multi-year thing like Pumpkin Spice and July 4th) are done in order of how the vote ends. In other words, the winning scent (and maybe artwork, if that's even an option) is released first, the second the following year, etc. That way, everyone gets their choice - from a predetermined list - but they may have to wait a bit. Maybe the poll could be closed for comments to try and keep smack talk in check. While I thought our involvement could be fun, I also don't want to cause in-fighting. If a vote/poll isn't the best option, I'm sure we'll be great with whatever might be offered. Either way, thanks for the consideration! So true, Jim. But I'll save you future disucssions. It's pepperoni. Deep dish. From Lou Malnati's. Mic drop. ?
  7. Welcome from the Springs, Mike! Where are you located?
  8. I still want a limited Forums edition release, but any way to get us more involved beyond that would be cool, too. And to your last point, I Ihink autocorrect got ya...pretty sure you meant "...release to the forums only."
  9. Oh, I'm not under the illusion we could all agree...sort of like PS or BG first ?...but maybe it could become an annual release and scents vary.
  10. Sometimes it's seeing the forest through the trees, especially for me. For whatever reason, I have it engrained in me it's PS first...but others certainly vouch for the other way around. In the end, it's their car and desired end result.
  11. How about a limited edition release honoring the Forums? If so, consider taking inputs for the scents and label artwork from forum members, and then we all vote on here. Products created by and on behalf of all of us!
  12. Do you mean besides as a boost and/or stand-alone sealant? Not really sure I understand your question.
  13. That's probably the best summary I've read about this eternal question, Jim. Lay out pros and cons, then let the user decide. @MikeSoFlo...over to you!
  14. What process, including soaps, etc, do you use to wash and dry your towels? Please be specific. Also, did you allow the HGG to dry in the towels during a previous use? Lots of potential factors here, but if cared for properly, the MF towels won't leave swirls, etc.
  15. My preference is PS then BG. The "why?" is explained in this article:
  16. Welcome, Chas! Those look like a blast to drive.
  17. Welcome, Charles! Here's a great article from @shane@detailedreflections on choosing a polisher...
