  1. How about a limited edition release honoring the Forums? If so, consider taking inputs for the scents and label artwork from forum members, and then we all vote on here. Products created by and on behalf of all of us!
  2. Do you mean besides as a boost and/or stand-alone sealant? Not really sure I understand your question.
  3. That's probably the best summary I've read about this eternal question, Jim. Lay out pros and cons, then let the user decide. @MikeSoFlo...over to you!
  4. What process, including soaps, etc, do you use to wash and dry your towels? Please be specific. Also, did you allow the HGG to dry in the towels during a previous use? Lots of potential factors here, but if cared for properly, the MF towels won't leave swirls, etc.
  5. My preference is PS then BG. The "why?" is explained in this article:
  6. Welcome, Chas! Those look like a blast to drive.
  7. Welcome, Charles! Here's a great article from @shane@detailedreflections on choosing a polisher...
  8. UCS isn't supposed to be used on carpet wheel wells...hopefully you aren't doing that?
  9. Is this the old formula? Even if it is, I don't think it's wrong to do by hand. You can certainly apply the newer formulas of PS that way.
  10. Also recommend you apply on a low speed...2, 3 at most.
  11. That looks awesome! Glad both worked out for you, and can't wait to see results on the Camaro.
  12. Agreed with @tlbullet. The general rule is start with least aggressive method first, but if that doesn't work, having the HCC and blue pads might come in handy. If you really don't want it, consider a call to HQ to place your order and ask if they can swap it with another product of comparable value. But if it were me, I would get it to have in my arsenal.
  13. A call would likely get a quicker response... For reference, straight from the man himself:
  14. Could NOT agree more, Travis! Whether you're 5 minutes or 5 days away, visit the HQ. Always an awesome experience. P.S. @Emery@Adams is an awesome guy! Super customer focused, and willing to go above and beyond in a flash.
  15. Sorry to hear that, Eric. Mistakes happen, especially with manual packing processes, but not surprised to hear they took care of you as quickly as possible. And since they did, is the moral of this post to ensure you have all required tools and products before starting a job? If so, good advice!
  16. Tickets for front plates?
  17. Welcome, Augie! We welcome both questions and any advice you may have, so look forward to having you here.
  18. Welcome to the addiction, Gary! One thing you'll learn on here is we LOVE pictures...so let's see your Vette!!!
  19. Good to hear on the former, but really sorry to hear about the latter. Hopefully you get all squared away and re-coated before long. I'm sure they'll do what they can to take care of you. Oh, and the first video still isn't working...
  20. Whew! I just got the impression - my misread of your post, I think - that using the APC stripped the coating...and would've been really surprised to hear that.
