  1. Ah, gotcha. The spray coating won't really work with the other layers in between, nor frankly as well as it could even if right over top of the base layer only (assuming everything else was stripped off or otherwise gone). Will it hurt? No. But in my opinion not really worth your time or effort since the others are great options as-is.
  2. The coatings need a bare surface to properly bond. Even layering them 2+ times does not give 2x+ protection. You can layer the water-based ones as they're designed to be sacrificial layers anyway. In other words, keep the true coating as your base, use the others as your maintenance.
  3. I'm not at liberty to release the percentages/amounts, but from highest to lowest, the order is Graphene Boost, GCS3, and finally GDS. Hope that helps!
  4. Go with Graphene Ceramic, it's better, lasts longer, and is simply a great coating.
  5. The original Ceramic Coating isn't offered anymore anyway, Graphene all the way!
  6. The Graphene Ceramic Coatings are the highest end coatings Adam's carries. Here's more on the differences. https://adamspolishes.com/pages/whats-the-difference-between-graphene-and-traditional-ceramic-coatings#
  7. Sorry, Dan, not sure I completely understand your question. Are you looking for a way to make the coated wheels shine more, or the aluminum ones? Or something else?
  8. No, ceramic coatings need a bare naked surface to properly bond. With coatings 80%+ of the job is in the prep to get the best results.
  9. Agreed with @The Guz. Just realize the traditional form is somewhat more difficult to work with, and you'll need to work in smaller sections than the spray. But we're here for questions!
  10. Good morning! We went through a time with alternate sprayers during the height of COVID that had some issues, but clogged sprayers may be more related to the chemicals than the sprayers themselves. Which products are you having issues with in particular? For lack of call back, we have a very small customer service team and get a lot of calls. I recommend you send an email to orders@adamspolishes.com instead, and watch your spam folder, just in case.
  11. I have an Acura RDX with a sensor and use this fluid routinely...no issues to date.
  12. Coating them would be the better of the two, just he sure and catch high spots quickly since polishing it will not be an option.
  13. The best option to seal it would be a coating, but it won't shine it much. If you want to add some shine vs the look of the (Graphene) VRT or Interior Detailer, try All Purpose Exterior Dressing. https://adamspolishes.com/products/adams-all-purpose-exterior-dressing
  14. I agree, sounds like you're fine and did it properly.
  15. Ceramic Boost is safe and will work fine, it's just not as optimal as the Graphene line of products. I'd say roll with the Graphene Detail Spray until you can get the Boost then alternate them in your routine.
  16. Looks good! Keep us posted with some pics. Americana is the better wax, but the choice is yours.
  17. Nah, 60ish and low humidity about ideal. Go for it!
  18. Bottom line, mileage will vary. With a coating, prep is everything, and proper application is key, too. But the maintenance process, driving conditions, where the car is parked, and many other factors play in here. With your situation and what you explained, I'd expect on the higher end of the expected longevity. But if you want longer, yes, bump up to the traditional form - you're already over halfway there, anyway.
