  1. Managed to get in a quick engine detail on my 2015 Ram between the rain showers. Used APC and followed that up with VRT and some In-n-Out Spray. Time well spent.
  2. Love the new ride Jim. Best of luck with it from a fellow Mopar guy.
  3. That looks like Sasquatch stopped by last night.
  4. Congrats to pirahnah3. You gotta love a picture with your truck, the sunset and Adam's Detail spray in it ! Let us know what Chris sends you. Inquiring minds want to know.
  5. Welcome Scott ! . Lots of great advice here from the group. Just ask and you'll get plenty of responses. Good luck with the new ride. Oh, and you'll have to post some pictures of the Silverado or you'll catch heat
  6. I had an '86 GT 5.0 that I bought in 1990 and owned for 8 years. It became a garage queen for the last 3 or 4 years I owned it so I could keep it nice. I only drove it once or twice a year toward the end. I was paying around $1100 / year for insurance, so those became expensive trips around the block. I finally sold it to buy materials for a cedar deck I built.
  7. I'm fortunate that my garage is attached to the house and is somewhat climate controlled, so I don't run the risk of temperature negatively affecting the products. The "temporary" overflow in the living room (haha) was a result of purchasing quite a bit of Adam's product in a short amount of time. I placed (3) regular orders about a week apart, and then felt compelled to try my hand at the Limited Edition 3.5 Gallon Mystery Bucket and followed that up with a Mystery Box and then another 5 Gallon Mystery Bucket. Too much to find space for all at once, so the living room was the spot for a few weeks. . I'm also fortunate that I have an understanding wife !!!!
  8. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Rich.
  9. Hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I did eventually put up new cabinets in the garage just to hold my Adam's stash.
  10. After you go through all of the trouble of soaking, scraping and polishing........................................................be sure to shoot the damn bird so he doesn't do it again !!!!!!
  11. Took the Hellcat down to the local Cruise Night last night. Ran into a fellow Charger Hellcat owner with a Black 2017. We got to talking about the cars and low and behold I came to discover he's a loyal Adam's Polishes fanatic. He recently did a full paint correction and ceramic coated the Hellcat. He showed me pictures of his Orange 2012 Boss 302 that was also corrected and coated. Both cars looked amazing. I was happy to be in such good company and not alone in my obsession for a spotless car. Turns out we both spend our Sundays in the driveway detailing our cars and getting our "therapy" by Adam's".
  12. Welcome to the addiction Nate.
  13. Welcome to the group, JJ. . If you run out of room in the garage for all of your Adam's products, the living room makes a great place for the overflow.
  14. Welcome to the addiction, Rod. Lot's of great advice here and a wealth of knowledge. Just ask, and you'll get plenty of help from the group. Oh, and you're gonna need room for all of the products you're going to buy. Once you're in, you're hooked.
  15. Thanks. Must have missed the part where it clearly states voting will close on the 31st. I guess it's time to clean and refocus my glass eye.
  16. Have you tallied all the votes and determined a winner ??? Let us know........... the suspense is killing me .
  17. Welcome to the forum, MS. Your homework paid dividends in choosing Adam's Polishes to keep that 66 Stang looking its best. Lots of great info available here from a vast number of professionals and amateurs alike.

  19. Just so none of the younger forum members have to look her up, Jaclyn Smith was one of the original Charlie's Angels from the 70's TV show along with Farrah Fawcett and Kate Jackson. She was also a model.
  20. I agree the rims look great, but I hope you leaned them up against one of your neighbor's cars. Haha
