  1. all that product is, is a well marketed polish for hand application. there's many easy ways to remove water spots from windows using Adam's 1. clay bar 2. Revive Polish by hand - no more difficult than M's product 3. SHR by hand - will actually work better than M's product since its more aggressive 4. polishing by machine and when its nice and clean, a coat of Glass Sealant keeps the water spots from needing anything more than regular glass cleaner.
  2. just heard that a bus load of Aggies, a couple 18-wheelers full of food & water, and $15,000 in aid left Texas A&M yesterday afternoon to go help out!
  3. but i don't like working on Mondays!
  4. A good reliable pressure washer, and foam cannon! 3 bucket wash instead of 2. 3 wash pads instead of 2 (top, middle, bottom) Several GW drying towels. Lots of Car Shampoo, APC and GWC. QS applied quarterly to protect the paint.
  5. its got a 5.0L S/C V8 with 510hp! but it costs $80k IMO the SRT looks better than the Range Rover, and at about $20k less, you could throw a supercharger into it, save a few bucks, and show the Brits who's boss!
  6. tar is pretty sticky. i've never been able to remove it without using a bug & tar remover
  7. thanks! its my wife's favorite meal. i like to use a thermometer in it to get the temp perfect. salmon is so easy to over cook, and that's not fun with an expensive filet straight from Alaska!
  8. Cedar plank sockeye salmon with a raspberry chipotle glaze!
  9. Mook, you should get a poster made of the pic in your OP, put it up in the warehouse, and mount a black light above it maybe it'll glow

are the leases already up on these things?
  11. the tire brush has much stiffer bristles, which help get the tires scrubbed clean much easier.
  12. got home from work at noon, did a quick 2 bucket wash & dry to the caddy and the truck. finished them both in 1 hour! went to the driving range to work on my swing. i recently picked up golfing. a friend of mine from back home gave me a his Nickent iron/wedge set, hybrid, & bag, as well as a nice Nike putter. i picked up a used Ping G10 driver and 3 wood at the local golf shop. after a couple lessons, i'm getting the hang of it. out of an entire bucket of balls i only shanked about 10 LOL
  13. i remember a thread awhile ago on this topic.... found it! http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/lounge/12193.htm looks like Mr. Chris has one in his man cave
  14. Yes... I was about 275 when I got my bucket caddies Xmas 2011. I'm about 250 now and they still roll around like new.
  15. LOL.... Shhhh! It's supposed to be a secret!
  16. Not really sure the market in F150s but i can give ya a few pointers on what to look for. Best way to lower the rear is hangers/shackles. Best way to lower the front is drop spindles. That's if you want to retain the factory ride. For a more sporty feel, you'd want lowering coils and leaf springs. Stay away from flip kits or lowering blocks, and cutting coils. BTW, you go through cars as much as TheRyan does
  17. clean it, SVRT/I&O the trim, polish the heads and tank trim, put some LC on the seat, apply some QS, and your done!
  18. your lucky the worst that happened was a broken foot! GWS
  19. could you take a picture and attach it to this thread? there's a lot of TBSS owners here that may have some insight
  20. i was hoping my first sticky to be something way cooler than this
  21. They're not the only Audi dealer in the state, I hope? I'm with the others, I'd rather travel farther to get good service and a decent deal. I dread the day I'm ready to buy something else, because there's only one dealer for each manufacturer in town. A lot of people here travel 5 hours to Dallas to buy their cars.
  22. Most factory wheels are painted, just like paint on the body. DWC is the same type of "iron decon" product as competitors, just marketed for use mainly on wheels. It's pH neutral making it safe for paint.
