My total Cholesterol hit 200 for the very first time two and a half months ago. I was usually at 170.
So I started a daily workout that involves Cardio and the Total Gym.
My wife and I also cleaned out the house of junk, if it lasts more than a week we may not want to eat it, ie preservatives and such. Fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and poultry. No more red meat and the only items I drink are water, coffee, black, green, and white tea unsweetened. Also some Almond Milk. My guilty pleasure is a glass of Turkey Hill Diet Iced Tea.
I'm down 40 pounds and this week I get my blood work redrawn.
