Matt, there is a difference. I have seen it and worked with it while in development. I will let the experts (i.e., Dylan) answer that because I do not know enough to answer intelligently.

So, I have been trying to learn Adobe Premier Pro and had a bunch of clips and photos from the last year and decided to put a video together. Nearly all the cars were detailed by me (with exception of three very very fast cars you will see in action but detailing was involved...sort of. OK I was present and they are just cool.). And all of them were detailed only using Adam's Polishes! Go U.S.A.
From 2:17 to 2:20 there is a bit of an homage to Dylan and Mook. (Von Kleisting Facemelt!!)
Some of the local Denver folks will see some familiar cars and there may be a few familiar faces for everyone.
Special thanks to the ENTIRE Adam's crew. Without your support for the last year and a half I could never have detailed any of these cars. Thank You.

Good luck finding a great detailer. This is a great place to find one.

David, yeah, even I was amazed at how much I got done on such little fuel!
Mook
And you wonder why you are so skinny.

Nice job Mook. 23 straight hours running on one burger...I'm impressed.

This is way off topic but I had to share this. Last weekend I took my Wife and Mom to a high-end mall here in Denver and we found a cool store with expensively repurposed stuff. On one of the bathroom displays I found this. Yep you see that correctly $24.00. I think I have seen it cheaper somewhere else.

Welcome to the forums. You have found what I think is the best detailing community in the world.
BTW you will need one of these:

I saw this Monday on AutoBlog... TOO COOL!
I found it today on theawesomer.com - which BTw is an awesome site.

Found this story this morning. A beautiful tale of a son who gave his parents a 1948 Plymouth convertible for thier 60th wedding anniversary. The car they drove away in after they were wed. The car had to be sold when his Dad was drafted to serve in the Korean War. If you have 8 minutes, watch it.

C'mon MAN! It's Colorado! Probably gonna be 98* on Friday!
Looking like 48 and Sunny. Perfect day!

This is turning into an interesting thread and making me feel a little less stupid reading all of these. Thanks guys.
Chris, I would never stub my toe or trip over the vacuum in my house. My wife never touches the thing. Ha.
I think me "did it to myself" injury was when I was a tower climber. I had gotten out of the bucket on the hi-lift and went to step off the back of the truck. But stupid me, I never disconnected my safety harness from the bucket. It retracted and slammed me back into the deck of the truck and I hit my funny bone. Tore some tendens that pinched nerves in my arm. Couldn't feel my fingers for two weeks.
There was a point in my life that when I went to the doctor his first words were "What did you do THIS time?"
-
Nick, what jerk put too much gravity in that spot? I would find that guy and have a stern talk, with your haligan.
-
Sorry to hear this... It sucks for sure!
What bone did you unofficially break?
Broke my left pinky toe and the toe next to it. Bent them more than 100 degrees to the left. I am sure I have broken a finger or two in the past and a doctor told me I broke my arm once but I didn't know I broke it. I have never had to go to the doctor for a broken bone. So this is my first "official" broken bone.
-
I broke a bone. I am nearly 34 and have never (officially) broken a bone. And I did it in the stupidest way possible.
This time of year in Colorado I don't get too many detailing jobs. So I find other ways to "detail." My mom is coming to visit next month so I got out the extractor and the Carpet and Upholstry cleaner and went to work on my carpets in the house. (BTW CUC works awesome in the house) So, yesterday I was working on the master bedroom just about finished the second floor. I went into the bathroom to get my fill tank and I stubbed my toe on the door, snapping it right in two. I won't discribe it, it was really bad. Oddly enough it hurt just as much as a normal stubbed toe.
Now I am stuck on the couch with at least one broken bone in my foot for the next 2 days. I am hobeling around. This sucks. Walking the dog really sucks. I am really hating having a second and third floor condo with both bathrooms upstairs. I always said one of these days I am going to stub my toe and break it. I have had dumb injuries but I think this is the dumbest.
Anyone else ever have a dumb injury like this?

Welcome from Colorado, the land of Adam's, from a former Michigander (Utica).
-
Fantastic write up. I have been wanting to do this for a long time. Glad to have seen your progress.

I'm within 20 minutes of the auto show, but I've NEVER been.
Meh.
I grew up in Utica and used to go every year. The show here in Denver sucks by comparison. I would love to go again.

Chase and Rich you make great points and well constructed criticism. We considered exactly what you have said and why I only ordered one of each. These are more of the fun shirts to show a little less serious side ONLY when appropriate (actually only when it wouldn't be inappropriate) like in my own garage or when around friends or people where that trust has already been established. The uniform is either company T-shirts or Polos. I put these out there to see what kind of response it would get with my trusted Adam's friends. I also wanted to get an idea if this might be a marketable idea as I may put these out there to sell.
-
twas the point.. there is a typo on the shirt.. 'till should only have one L..
Dang it. Well better than my last shirt when I misspelled detailig.
And I used to be a proof reader. For shame.
-
Huh, good question Mook. Actually used one on Tuesday to get an idea down on paper. Just happened to be what I grabbed.
-
Technically mine is an Opel GT.

Silence of the Lambs. When Buffalo Bill had the Senators daughter in the hole, with red bricks all around it. He was holding the white dog and wanted her to put lotion in basket so he could lift it up.
You discribe that seen too well I think. You aren't going to sing "Goodbye Horses" now are you?
-
I like the detailers do it in a garage. Should have thought of that one, dang.
Nick, "To bad there is a type" ? Please tell me you didn't mean typo.
How long does it last you?

Yikes I don't know. I buy 5 gallons at a time. Sometimes THAT lasts 4 months sometimes 2 months. But my rate of consuption is a lot higher than 95% of the people on here. LOL.
