One thing to keep in mind is: was the heating and/or air conditioning set to recirculating while he was smoking? If it was then there's going to be residue in the duct work. (There are products specifically made for cleansing this.)
Also: does this vehicle have a cabin air filter? In which case you'll want to replace it.
This video may be helpful: http://www.ammonyc.com/detailing/ride-along-122-interior-smoke-removal/
Although this is an Adam's site, Larry's video is an excellent how to on this very issue. He will pretty much cover the broad strokes. His methods are good just use what ever products you feel comfortable with.
I have to do this very thing to a RAV 4 tomorrow for a client.
Here is my method. I understand you may not have all the professional-grade tools I have, but consumer-grade tools such as a Bissel Green Machine or McCullough Steamer can be found at Harbor Freight for about $250 all day.
-Vacuum.
-Thorough cleaning with Leather and Interior Cleaner 50/50 with water.
-Full-strength LIC for tougher spots.
-Finish off with Total Interior Detailer.
-Then I clean the headliner by hand (see Larry's video).
-Extract the carpet and upholstery using a light mist of 50/50 APC sprayed on the carpet agitated with a carpet brush.
-Steam areas of concern and where I could not reach.
-Apply leather conditioner to interior panels.
-Remove cabin air filter.
-Unleash a can of Ozium (available at many auto parts stores) with the doors closed, AC cranked on recirculate for 5-8 minutes. Don't be in the car when you do this and make sure the doors are unlocked. After 8 minutes open the doors and run for another 5 minutes.
-Install new cabin air filter.
Hope this helps

I'll be there. Toys in hand. The likely hood of fewer bees should make it a better day for me too. :-)
COBO this year again? -
The police are probably just practicing and getting familiar with the school Should have done it during the summer, instead of after hours. I know there were doing it here locally on a couple of occasions at one of the local schools. Asked the secretary what they were doing and that is what I was told. They were setting off explosions at the backside and I could see all the police laying down on the pavement. At first before I could visually see what was going on, I thought someone was setting off some big illegal fire crackers.
Just heard on the local news that two juveniles broke into the school.
Yep, botched robbery apparently. Made for interesting entertainment off my balcony last night. The police were NOT screwing around.
On the point of the OP, amazing that this situation was not far far worse.

Well just wait. The next story will be then middle school in Denver with 2 armed men inside. My property backs up to this school and there are cops and SWAT everywhere. The helicopter left but now the media is showing up.
FYI there is no one else in the school as this started at 10PM

On my calendar. I'll be there.

Hourly rate. You can estimate how long it will take in your quote but a paint correction never goes as planned. Charge them by the hour.

I recently read that Travelers Insurance is detailer friendly but I have not followed up on this. But yes, garage keepers insurance would still apply to mobile detailing in many aspects.
I had an agent tell me that my screw ups are my screw ups (I am summarizing BTW). That insurance would not cover damage done during the normal course of work that I should know how to so.

I love this product. After a paint correction it will fill and "hide" any micro-scratches and basically flatten out the finish. Add Americana on top and oh man. The depth of the reflection is amazing and really increases the shine. Once at a show I add another thin layer on top of the Americana and also on the wheels. This coat of Brilliant Glaze does not last long especially on the wheels but on a sunny day you must wear sunglasses when looking at your vehicle.
As far a windows, I love it. It is not much of a stretch to add it to the glass. It has a bit of a detergent quality to it and the filling effect will decrease the surface tension on the glass giving a Glass Sealant effect for a short time (days instead of weeks compared to Glass Sealant).
Hands down this is one of my favorite and most versatile products in the Adam's line of products. And the smell is wonderful.

Here is day 2. We had a special treat today as a some familiar faces showed up with ... a camera crew? Adam and Matt came early to shoot some new video with a C7 Corvette in a very scenic location.
Want to see more pics? Check them out on the Adam's Facebook page and the High Point Detailing Facebook page.

While Adam's Polishes will be up at Vettes on The Rockies this Saturday with the best American-made detailing products, High Point Detailing (authorized Adam's Dealer) is up here all week long. We will be detailing Corvettes and enjoying the cool mountain air.
Here are pictures from the event. I will make an effort to update this as often as I can as the event goes on.

It will be. It was amazing last year. The rumor mill says a couple of 2014 Stingrays will be present.
Also I will be up there from Wednesday to Friday detailing and washing Corvettes in the Cariolet Circle and helping sponsor the free car wash with my company. So, if anyone wants to see some Adam's Polishes products in action or if you can't wait for Saturday to get some detailing advice, please stop by. Special VOTR pricing on detailing service and event coverage will be on our facebook page all next week.

What a great event. I have been to dozens of clinics and have known Adam ever since he moved here to Colorado and I am still learning more and more from this amazing team. The best part of this event was finally meeting so many of the people whom I talk to on the phone and on this forum every day. Thank you very much to everyone who put this event together. I can't wait to use all of the knowledge, tools, and products I had the pleasure of learning this weekend. What knowledge, tools, and products you ask? Well you will just have to wait and see. But rest assured there is some very cool stuff coming.
As for the pictures, ask and ye shall recieve. I appologize that not all the pictures are that great.

Exactly how many cherries are in there Matt?
Stand and be recocognized!!! Adam honors the Team.

At lower speeds the water doesn't just fly off the windshield without the help of the blades, but beads up very nicely. It causes the wiper blades to glide over the glass and be very effective. Once the water is pooled by the blades at low speed the water will fly right off.

Heard yesterday while I was there. I hope he is doing better today. Jose is one of my favorite people and I have learned more spanish from him than in all of high school. He has to get better and return soon, the place is not the same or as handsome without him.

Yesterday, I took a trip up to Adam's warehouse. It was raining all day but I had put Adam's Glass Sealant on my windshield about 2 months ago. So, after I left the warehouse I pulled out the camera to show everyone what happens. At about 55-60 MPH the wind is strong enough to push the water off the windshield without the use of the wipers. Plus, when the wiper blades are on, the water just flies right off. And this is after 2 months of rain and snow. I have seen videos of right after, but not a lot of months later.
Sorry the video is a little shaky and the video focuses on the windshield so everything else is blurry. It is intentional.
Enjoy!

Remember SSR is more abrasive so you may need to step down to Swirl and Haze Remover to get the effect you seek.

Sidekick is awesome around the house. I blew out my dryer vents and cold-air return. Great for blowing dust off of high windows, ceilings, and cabinets (I have high ceilings). Dryed my dog off once too. It's portability is great.

I had to confirm it too through reputable sources. Sadly it appears he has passed. He always did seem like a nice guy who was a fellow car nut. But it looks like he was doing something he loved.
Randy I saw the same pictures. It looks like something out of a movie. The car is completely unrecognizable.
