  1. I wish we can get an official word on how these products perform after thawing
  2. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. Most of the time when I'm detailing for money, I find that the paint correcting polish is outstanding in removing scratches and leaving a nice scratch and macro marring free finish and I don't need to do a second step, which definitely increase the turnaround time.
  3. I like the idea. I personally was looking at Auto Finesse Iron Out and didn't know that the deep wheel cleaner can do the job!
  4. Sick of this weather!

  5. Yep, my order shipped today. Hopefully I'll have one. Looks sweet!
  6. I have the Mytee Firebird VS1500 and I'm happy with it. The pressure is great and the steam stays hot for a long time before the light turns on and you have to wait until the machine heats up again.

  9. Couple of weeks ago I got called by the owner of the Saleen I detailed few months back and asked me to detail his track car, a 1989 Ford Mustang with a roll cage and all the bells and whistles to win on the Track. Car wasn't in a bad shape since it's only driven at the track and very little street time (car is street legal), but the interior needed cleaning and I removed few stains from the passenger's side. I then took care of the door sills. Also, both seats needed some love so I vacuumed and cleaned the vinyl sides. I then went ahead and vaccuumed and cleaned the trunk area and then went ahead and cleaned the side panels. After I was done with the interior and taking care of the minor defects here and there I moved on to paint correction. It was cold outside and the weather did not cooperate. Low temperatures meant that I couldn't use the hose to wash the car so I went with a waterless wash using a combination of Detail Spray and Waterless Wash. After claying the car, I took my 3401 Flex and Adams Paint Correcting Polish and got to work. The video below is a 50/50 testing a 2x2 area for effectiveness. http://youtu.be/Bzs-e9MY3k8 Now here are some shots of the car completely done.
  10. Did you also upgrade the casters on the buckets?
  11. This is just awesome! Where did you buy the reels from? Also, why do you have two on the cart?
  12. Merry Christmas to you and yours and to all fellow forum members and shine enthusiasts!
  13. Thank you. I didn't show the interior because I was only asked to do the exterior and the undercarriage so I didnt take interior pics, as is the car took me 12 hours!
  14. Yes and I already have one but its not sold by Adams
  15. I really would like to see more power tools/equipments sold and supported. I understand the Buying American principle and I love it and I personally follow it everywhere I can but things like: Drill brush attachments for leather and carpet cleaning. the Cyclo carpet attachment is a good step but what about leather? Drill polishing bits attachments for wheel polishing, etc. Working by hand gets tiring and annoying, especially if you're detailing for money and have one day to finish a car. I understand that Adams is geared toward enthusiasts and not necessarily professionals but still. For me, when I started getting into detailing and got addicted to it and to Adams I started thinking how to finance my purchases and realized that the obvious answer is to detail for money for friends and family etc. so it's important to have tools that cut time. I'm sure I'm not the only one here with this issue. Thanks
  16. Awesome news! When will they be available to purchase?
  17. Does any one know if there is an adapter that you can use between the drill and the PC that will allow you to use accessories like a carpet brush on both power tools?
