The P.C. is a real nice polisher and a good unit to get the hang of machine polishing. IMO, the Flex is a great polisher. I personally started with the P.C. and used the dickens out of it for 6 - 7 years with another brand of polish and wax. Since I moved up to the Flex (and Adam's), I haven't used my P.C. (or the other brand of polish). The Flex has "forced rotation" and is more powerful than the P.C. Even though the P.C. will ultimately deliver a real nice job, I feel the Flex reduces the time to correct a car by about 30%.

Even though 99% of the people who look at your car will never see the suspension, isn't it a nice feeling having it that clean?

Are the Weathertech mats flexible? The reason I ask is that I bought a set of "weather" mats for a previous truck and I can't remember the name of the mats. They were a rigid plastic and dragging a foot while getting in the truck caused them to "spring" upwards. Once this started happening, the it made it harder not to drag a foot getting in the truck.

Welcome Bryan from about 3 hours to the north of you. Go ahead and order that kit. I started out by just ordering a few items, trying them and then ordered more. In the long run, it would have been cheaper just to step up and pull the trigger right from the start. With the Adam's guarantee, there's no worries on your part. The reason Adam has the guarantee is because EVERYTHING works.

I will try the leather conditioner again. The initial results were less than anticipated while the VRT worked better. Maybe it was because I applied the VRT after the leather conditioner, a second coat if you will. I honestly hadn't read the "NOTE: ... " or read it a while back and didn't recall it. Thanks Chris for the clarification.

I use Super VRT. And, lots of it - well, more than I think it ought to take. I have tried other products before Adams and like Curtis reported, the dash and door panels looked blotchy or streaked. It looked like a 6-year-old boy did it and was in a hurry when he did it. I use the VRT, let it set a bit then wipe it down with a dry m.f. for the best results. I don't know why the vinyl is so much different than other Chevys but it is. It used to be that if I didn't stay on top of it, some of the dash and passenger door panel would get a chalky look.

How was your speed clocked? While I'm not a Law Enforcement Officer, a good friend of mine is the training officer for the local PD. If the officer who ticketed you was using a laser device to record your speed, he was very capable of measuring your speed even with the other car in close proximity. Whether he did or not is another story and subject to his word against yours. IMHO, you will have a tough time winning this one. You may want to consider speaking with the district / county attorney - whoever prosecutes speeding cases in your area. You may be able to get the speed reduced or potentially even dropped.
