While I am a true blue Husker fan, I have long admired the Tide - back to the days of the Coach Bryant. I can remember the Huskers playing 'Bama back in the 60's and thinking, why can't we live in Alabama...
I am clearly in the minority here. I really like most of the rendering but have to agree with the comments against the Camaro style tail lights. Even if the C7 blows my socks off when it's released, I won't be in a position to buy one right away anyways.
What is the output of your pressure washer? Some of the electric models are relatively low gpm - in the range of 2 - 4 gpm. You will need a flow rate that matches or better yet, slightly exceeds the flow rate of your pressure washer. You might be able to purchase a sufficiently large pump to meet your needs at a farm / fleet store or perhaps even a camper supply store.
Len - I don't have much to offer other than to say "good luck" to you. I can't fathom how they can treat employees as they do and succeed in business. If I had to treat my employees like that, I would find another means to support myself.
Outstanding. The dad of a buddy of mine had a Lemans blue '69 small block vert. Lemans blue was one of my favorite colors from the first day I saw it. Enjoy it!
I too have both but if I could only have one, it would be a Flex.
It was nice learning on the PC but as others have said, the Flex is a real time saver.
Bill - it was really simple. I scuffed the swept (non-braking) area of the rotors including the "hats" as Chewy mentioned. I taped off the swept area the best I could. I wanted the non-swept areas fully painted to ensure the most "professional" looking job possible. This meant that I had some paint encroach onto the swept area.
I figured the brake pads would make quick work of any excess paint and was correct. The excess paint was quickly eliminated as soon as I drove the car without any adverse affects to braking.
Looks excellent Bill!
I painted the rotors on my Corvette w/ high temp paint when I was having the calipers powder coated. I used some overly aggressive wheel cleaner (once) that discolored the rotors. The high temp paint has really held up well.
