It's worth the wait, trust me. -

I told you everything I can until I get this installed on the G8. Don't worry, it's very much worth the wait -

G8 - DashBoss engine metrics software, Bendix rear view mirror with built in LCD display, backup camera, Michelin Pilot SuperSport tires and the very first in the country in the G8 community to have a very special modification done. Can't give it away just yet until it is installed but it feels good to know that I'm #1 for this. YJ - Body work, paint, highline fenders and hopefully a new cage. -
Still can't get away from High On Fire... Perfect to jam to on the commute. Most probably won't like it tho High on Fire - Death is This Communion - YouTube Oh and the new Van Halen is just pitiful. They should have called it quits just like 'craptallica' after the black album.

You're correct. They are coming back once it does warm up to do a charge and to test the system fully to make sure it operates properly come spring time. Right now we are enjoying the fireplace heat! Oh and for what I did today, I received an email and my project for the G8 community is coming along very, VERY well. I can't wait to show this one off!!! I should have some goodies sent over to me by the end of this coming week. If I get permission from the company that is heading up this project with me I'll see about posting up some photos. Maybe...

I spent more money on Adam's products since the daily deal was too good to pass up, new central air system is finally finished in my parents house and I shipped my Atlas transfer case back to California after only 4,000 miles on it since something is up with the front output shaft bearing and/or pre-load. Nothing like boxing up and strapping a $2400 transfer case to a skid that you spent a year saving up for back across the country... They said it could be a month before I have it back in my hands. If this was May, June, July, August or even September I wouldn't care but to have this happen in the middle of winter to my only 4WD vehicle, and my very first vehicle at that, it flat out sucks. I think this will be the first time I've ever said this but NO SNOW UNTIL I GET MY JEEP BACK!!!

I started on a project that will hopefully revolutionize the G8 community. Can't divulge too much info since I'm sworn to secrecy but I'll be sure to post up once it's complete and I know it can be done. Also received another brand new wheel to go with my summer set. Now I have 2 that are on the car in great shape and 2 brand new ones in the box. 2 on the car do have some curb rash on them. One is not so bad, the other is pretty bad. With that said, would you slap the brand new ones on there with the new summer tires, take the curbed ones, get them fixed and keep them as spares or keep the brand new ones in the box, repair the current ones and run those?

Clear Polish
matts88yj replied to Team Adam's's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Good tip here and I think wouldn't be a bad idea if it was a sticky since more and more vehicles are having clear bra's installed. I guess this gives me an excuse to get a can of the new Quick Sealant! -
Adam's Winter Washing Tutorial
matts88yj replied to Team Adam's's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
I figured maybe it was done to protect the car that was being used in the demo's identity or location but that's just me being me -

Excellent video. Now that I have a ride worth keeping the paint looking its very best, I'm going to follow this video as a guideline. Thank you for putting this together! -

"DO NOT WASH" printable dealership warning hangers
matts88yj replied to Team Adam's's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
When I rolled up in my G8 that I also go to the same dealership as Bob does everyone just kinda stood back and as soon as I got out they went 'Wow you don't see one that clean every day.' I made sure they didn't wash it and they even said they wouldn't because I had just gave her a quick detail before going in. It's nice to have people that respect your ride. -
TESTIMONIAL: dramatic turnaround and an amazed friend.

Absolutely incredible difference on that paint! Very well done! -
Can't go wrong with some High on Fire!! Give it a solid listen. Most people have never heard of them but for only 3 members in the band they sound like there are 5-6 members. <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/6yIRgMQzztc" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="420"></iframe>

He could probably take care of that after taking care of business in the bathroom! -

Thanks for the photos! Doesn't look like any G8 love was shown this year but I'll go to my roots and take the Crawlmaro please! -
Just checked the calendar and I'm in! Let's get a decent turn out for this event and to bring together the forum members who made this all possible! Wish you could make it Lynn! I haven't been out in that area since high school but this is a very good reason to go back. Look forward to meeting you Les and some other great forum members as well!
