Air Fresheners have been an absolute hit. As you probably know, we recently redesigned them but the scent has stayed the same.

Chiming in! Sorry for the delay here. I have the developers making some changes here for us, so hang tight. And for reference, the goal is to make deleting a product more clear. Something like this on each line item (image below):

I currently have 20+ small changes in the que for developers. All of them are small tweaks like this to make shopping with us more convenient.

If anyone has thoughts on this solution feel free to let me know.

I think we should hide a few things on the site tomorrow and have a contest.... first person to find it wins something spectacular. 

I would suggest adding this instruction to the Account Login Screen.

 

Something like "Current passwords of Registered Users were not brought over to our new website.  Registered Users should click on  Forgot Your Password .  You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password and you may then enter your existing password or create a new one."

 

It might just save having to answer a few thousand emails and phone calls.

I had just started using the Wish List on the old site. I do use them regularly on Amazon.

 

What is an extended shopping cart?

 

The issue I had with the old cart is I would add items to buy later and then when I would go to place an order after a few weeks, some of the items would be gone and I would have to try and remember what was on my list. I think one reason is an item would go out-of-stock and then get dropped from the cart.

The extended shopping cart would basically be if we let items sit in your cart for longer, say 30 days before they disappeared. 

The new site is great!  Good work everyone!  I like it.  Great new look and it is easy to navigate.  All the vids are one spot...very good job!

Any plans to add the Wish List feature?

Not in the cards right now but we may be easily convinced. 

The more common approach is an extended shopping cart it seems. 

Is the wish list something you utilize often? Would love to hear your input!

You are more than welcome to place orders now. We have had quite a few come through today on the new site! People are finding out quick. 

Account login is not working.

Unfortunately we could not bring over password information (security issues from the encryption). If you type in your old email address and click "Forgot Password" you should be walked through setting up a new one!
