    I just picked up a SONY NEX 5 its a miror less camera that performes as well as most miror cameras and is much cheaper i got a 18-55 lens 55-210 lens and memory card for 799

    I have detailed a few boss's and gt500 of the new body style and the paint seams to be harder then the older cars so it takes a bit longer to correct

    I would go to another dealer and have them transfer the car over. And then call that sales men back and let him know he missed out. Lazy people.

    Use the Adams orange pad with the 105. It will take the sanding marked out with the flex on speed setting 5 do 2 passes and finish off with fine machine polish. That should leave no sanding or mating marks

    4 inch pads after the wet sand then to the flex. You can buy a microfiber wool pad and pages 105 will pull up 1500 grit but be careful because it can take a lot of clear with it

    I think the black and red pad are the something just different colors so that you don't use the wrong pad.

    Ford took out a loan from the government and has already payed it back. This was not a bail out. Ford also sold off many other companies to stay afloat.

    I agree with Mook I detailed a silver GTR a few weeks back and it came out great I did 2 passes of fmp AQS BG then apw it came out great.

    If your talking about the big silver one. I have used it and it works great if I wish the back wheels moved in all directions like the front.

    I have a plastic bed liner in my truck that gets pretty beat up from hauling stuff so I don't see the point of detailing my trucks bed.

    My cousin lives in the uk for her job and has a focus that gets 60 plus mpg and for the government if it doesn't benefit them they won't let it be.

    If you are having trouble seeing swirls you can use a small flashlight a few inches off the paint

    Can you post some pics. Clay will take off surface contaminates like sap over spray from paint etc. you may need to machine polish the roof to get the streaks out. As for the rust spots is the paint chipped or cracked by the rust?
