  1. So I have become a final detailer and also enhancer for shows for a 67-69 Camaro restorer. I will be basically giving the car a final detail before the car goes back to the customer or before highly judged shows. But figured I would share some of them that i have done within last week and half. All these cars are going to Camaro Nationals in Fredrick MD tomorrow and trailered there. Last one was being finished up to give back to the customer as well as going to the show. All cars were waterless washed as they don't see water at all on these cars because of original stickers that can't get wet then glaze and Americana wax. The pace car was also a fully under car detail as well. These cars were in great shape before but they were blown away how the glaze just really made the paint pop. Also made some new customers. Owner of the companys car 68 SS 67 Pace Car 68 SS Customer car they just finished to be picked up and taken to Camaro Nationals Also those aren't scratches under the one light. It is just the light reflecting on the floor from the door. lol
  2. I had a few friend down there as well as a few cars that I had detailed for it. One was a Black Supercharged Charger and another was a bright ford racing red Fox Body Supercharged Mustang. I miss going down. But it is detailing season so just don't have time.
  3. Here is actaully a little video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWCo3z0L-z4&feature=youtu.be
  4. I am extremely happy about this. I love the Nano coatings. I use them just as I can't get to detailing my cars all the time as I work full time then have my side buisness of detailing and work most weekends. So something like this is great! Really looking forward to what comes of this good work Dylan!
  5. Haha yup. I just went over there and he said he talked with you. I showed them how to buff the swirlls out of their drag panel and they are going to test it. Also said you did a really nice job on the Black Pearl. Of course they are in the job of painting and not maintance. LOL. So I think he will be placing a nice big order from Adams. But the cars they do are incredible but when they are doing 100K plus camaro's nothing less then sick cars.
  6. Haha, Did you guys do some examples as well? My neighbor owns a hot rod shop at his house and does some extremely expensive 66-69 Camaro's and they were down their but might have brought his old flat black truck. But just got a message they saw some adams stuff and want me to buff out some buffer swrills on some drag panals they painted.
  7. Haha thanks! I can't wait for the season to start and also tailgating season.
  8. Had this Acura TL to detail this past weekend. Car was in ok shape but needed some work. Before Pictures of when I got it. This fender had two scuff marks So I always start with doing the inside fenders and tires. I used All Purpose Cleaner and Wheel cleaner brush. (Looks to be out right now so couldn't link that) Next was to spray Deep Wheel Cleaner and scrub with New Wheel Woolie. Next was to clean the car. I used a two bucket method with grit guard one filled with clean water and one with Adams Car Shampoo, Two Adams Porfessional Car Wash Pad one for top half of car and one for lower half. I like to start with a foam gun (sorry not from Adams, the only product I use not from Adams) to get the car wet and slick before I start to hand wash. For the emblems I use Adams trim & lug nut brush to get inbetween the emblems to get all the built up grit out that you can't get out with wash pad. Once car has been washed and rinsed off to dry with Adams great white microfiber drying towel Now the prep for buffing. Start with Adams clay bar and Adams borderless blue microfiber towel I also did a headlight correction. Wasn't able to get it all out as I had to wet sand it and didn't have a higher grit sand paper. Before pics Started off using Adams 4" Orange foam cutting pad with Adams Paint correction polish Then finished off with Adams 4" White foam finishing pad with Adams Paint finishing polish After pics With this car I did a one step just to get some hard water spots out using ">Adams 7" white foam finishing pad with Adams paint finishing polish and whiped it off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel This was the after of the two scuff marks I had up above After finishing off the car with the one step. I put on Adams liquid paint sealant with 7" Machine sealant & waxing pad with Adams old single soft towel Now to give the car a little pop and depth I put on Adams brilliant glaze with Hex grip pad and wipe off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel Finishing off the paint and giving it extra protection was Adams americana premium carnauba paste car wax and wipe off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel Also make sure you clean those windows! Adams glass cleaner and Adams glass cleaner towel Last thing is to dress up those tires and wheel wells with Adams New tires shine and Adams invisible undercarriage spray dressing NOW THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!!
