  1. Breathing mods make the engine work more efficiently. I'm just sayin'
  2. Is it weird that I'm so excited about this build even though I'll likely never see the car? It's fun living vicariously through others and spending their money.
  3. Sorry about the tint confusion, I was just thinking of the windshield. I see you're in GA, so something else to consider is humidity. I know I'm more likely to have fits cleaning my glass when the humidity is up. And maybe experiment with the amount of glass cleaner you're using.
  4. If that's the case, you can just take your buckets/shampoo/towels to the place and wash it just as you would at home. 2 Bucket Car Washing and Convertible Top Cleaning Detailing Video
  5. It's perfect for that, and no, in that case you don't have to put wax over it. Applying Adam's Quick Sealant Detailing Video
  6. Are the streaks on the inside? You could try a wipe down with alcohol.
  7. Is this a drive thru wash? Do you have access to a self service wash (the stalls with a high pressure wand)?

    Nice threadjack, Chewy!
  9. I'm actually surprised it came off as cleanly as it did. I'd try a few of the methods of removing adhesive, but your best bet may be to check with a trim shop and get your visors re-upholstered.
  10. Nice find! January is definitely too soon to let her go; you need to have at least one cruising season together. I'm sure it's plenty of fun as-is, but as you mentioned it could be a good thing if it's not numbers-matching since you can mod it without guilt. What color is the interior?
  11. Yeah, the first time I used it I wondered if it would build up or leave a residue. But the APC takes care of it for a fresh application each time. Also, you'll notice in the pics that I use IUC spray on my rear inner fenders, and there have been no negative effects on the paint. Maybe that's because it's black anyway, but this is a great product for trucks since the inner fenders are so visible.
  12. See? The problem is lack of enforcement!
  13. You're missing out, Ralfy! The spray is perfect for getting the places you can't reach with SVRT, such as in the grill. And it's especially useful in the engine bay.
  14. Go ahead and buy the biggest sizes you can afford. It's cheaper in the long run, and I can't imagine not liking/using any of the Adam's products. However, the 4 oz bottles are great to carry with you for touch-ups away from home.
  15. I use it like this and on wheels to make them easier to clean.
  16. Yeah, no problem. A little All Purpose Cleaner and the fender brush knocked it out. However, the road did lead to this spot in Kansas. Yes, Kansas. Who knew?
  17. Don't drive down a dirt road soon after applying SVRT and Undercarriage Spray.
  18. There's no reason not to. In & Out spray is like Frank's RedHot Sauce: you can put it on everything! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdqwWo13pyw&list=UUwz--7TCM3f8_ojYPnA_58w&index=11&feature=plpp_video]Frank's RedHot Commercial - Queen - YouTube[/ame]

  20. Interesting. I thought paracord bracelets were just accessories. Rugged Apparel | 50 Ways that you can use your paracord
  21. Do any of the other packages have black around the windows? If so, you could swap it out and probably find someone willing to trade with you. Or remove it and powdercoat. And some folks swear by Plasti-Dip. And good call on the Hemi.
  22. You're sick! But you've come to the right place.
  23. Good call. It's the same reasoning for why we use dedicated wash mitts for different parts of the vehicle.
  24. I think the "tank" is really the airbox. That's why they were able to use the cool translucent plastic.
