  1. Bomb the trunk ??? Then check the window and door seals to see if it is something new that keeps getting in. But there probably is something dead in/under the back seat.
  2. Agreed, the steps are more or less the same be it a smart car or a super car. Not sure what would be gained.
  3. IN the past Adams did sell an apron like that. Not sure what ever happened to that.
  4. That garage floor looks great !!!! I wish I had a toolbox big enough to tether one of my dog LOL
  5. Kind of like we had two weeks ago, but that was my fault as I was on vacation lol
  6. Yup, the 22nd is Sunday. Have a great time everyone. And take us lots of pictures !!!
  7. It kind of looks like the residue from Rain-X. And go with Chris's idea
  8. Great job, how do you like the cyclo for those hard to reach places ?
  9. I have clay on the brain as i clayed my car last night lol I was just amazed how easily this new clay cleaned off the contaminants. I usually hate claying, now it doesn't bother my shoulder at all !!!!!
  10. First off, congrats on the new ride, it's a beauty !!! Those products should be absolutely fine and the pads will be fine too. Go back and watch the video's for a little refresher and you'll be good to go. And don't forget to clay, the new visco clay is amazing. I used it last night and it might just be my new favorite product !!!!
  11. Lets see some pictures of the Sota !!!! Here is one Mac shot
  12. The A4 looked like the flat black pipes in the first picture lol Well done
  13. Thanks Chris, I picked that Pioneer table, PL-540, for sentimental reasons, it is the same model as the first decent system I bought when I graduated from high school and started working for a living.
  14. You have really good taste in tables The pre and amp are McIntosh, C32 pre with the 7270 amp. I'm looking for a second 7270 to run them in mono or just get a 2500. Those Kappa 9's are known as "The AMp Killers" for a reason, they suck up power like black paint sucks up swirls lol
  15. Thanks everyone, music and detailing go together really well. I've used Adams products to buff out more than a few dust covers too.
  16. ... well maybe not completely different but it's not car related. This is what is known as a record clamp, those who still play LP"s may have heard of them. They simply add a little weight to "clamp" the record to the platter. Do they add to the sound ? That is open for debate but I like the way it looks so for me i'm happy with it. Anyways, it has been in use on my turntables for the last 4 or 5 years and was starting to look a little sad so I decided to give it the Adams treatment, started with Metal Polish #1 followed by detail spray and finished with a little glaze. Really sad looking After just one pass with the MP, notice the difference between the top and the base. Then again after 3 passes on the entire clamp And then back where it belongs, sitting on top of a little white vinyl Stevie Ray Vaughan And the full picture
  17. I gave a friend a bottle to try, he called me and thought he must be doing something wrong, it was just way too easy to use lol
  18. Just drive faster so the dust can't catch you And any of the advice already give would work too
