  1. Just use waterless wash it leaves nothing behind and you don't need to worry about marring because you are about to polish anyway.
  2. Unfortunately I don't have any before pictures but I guess you can take my word that in 4 years it has never been polished and has seen its fair share of automatic car washes. But now it's time to put it up for sale and replace it, so a good detail was in order. Not many Adam's products used, but here are the ones that I used. Tires: Adam's APC Fender liners, Engine bay, Trunk jambs: Adam's APC Wheels: Adam's Green Wheel Cleaner Wash: Adam's Foam Gun and synthetic wool wash pad Decontamination: Fine grade clay with diluted Adam's Rinseless Wash for lube Door Jambs: Adam's Waterless Wash Interior Surfaces: Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner Polish, compound, trim, and dressings used other products. Seats flip back if you want to sit facing out the back at some sort of event.
  3. My guess is it is just vinyl like you see in VWs. You could probably use APC on LIC 1:1 if you want, but go with a damp towel first if that's all you need.
  4. I used it as a stand alone on my parent's Audi and it is still going strong at just about 2 months in.
  5. I find the new stuff to be identical to the old stuff in every way except that it smells worse.
  6. Approximately what percentage of the bottle did you use?
  7. I would NOT drive on it. It should be covered no questions asked if you have a wheel and tire warranty. The wheel won't be covered unless it is bent or you have a warranty that includes cosmetic damage.
  8. Washed the van which has been neglected for way too long. Then protected it with HGG. Then I was lazy and took mine to the touchless wash.
  9. Great video. Any reason why the product label isn't Deep Wheel & Paint Cleaner?
  10. Perhaps consider switching to rinseless washing.
  11. Used it for the first time on my car which is coated. It's even more amazing as the water really wanted to run off because of my coating and it spread so easily because of how smooth my coating makes the paint. I also used it when it was cool and nearly dark out so I was able to spray down the whole car, wipe the whole car with a wet towel, and then go back to finish drying with just one more double soft.
  12. http://adamspolishes.com/adam-s-wheel-woolie.html Adam's still has their exclusive spoke back wheel woolie (greater bend and grip), but if you want the set of 3 straight ones you will have to go else where. Any of them made by Braun are genuine. However, when Adam's offered them, they had more material and longer handles.
  13. I would try claying more or using a fine polish instead.
  14. More claying, perhaps taking them off and polishing.
  15. You can try using paint thinner. That's the quick and dirty way that 99% of car dealerships remove stuff. It does work, just be careful with it, but it is generally safe to use.
  16. We're not saying you're lying, just saying it might be something else as normally you can remove QS with APC very easily. That's why we are asking questions. So the paint was perfect, you applied QS and now it looks like the picture?
  17. It still works better than other waterless washes. I do admit that having it coated is nice though.
  18. It works, but I find it less effective on bugs. You can use WW just for bugs and diluted rinseless everywhere else if you are looking to save money.
