Grubrunner
Which applicator are you using.... Adam's Americana Premium Car Wax Applicator OR Adam's Yellow Hex-Grip Car Wax Applicator OR Adam's Double Soft Microfiber Towel Just curious....
Chris@Adams
The Yellow Hex Grip Applicator was designed fro Buttery however you can use the Red Americana Applicator.
Silver Bullet
This doesn't have much to do with applicators, but it DOES have to do with Buttery Wax... I cleaned all the metal work in a shower with Metal Polish, then applied Buttery Wax. Incredible! Water will not stick to it. The "applicator" was a piece of terrycloth rag

Chewy
I like the MF applicators for some reason... I have a carp ton of them too. I also have the blue and red applicators and they work OK. IMO, the blue foam is too soft and deflects too much.
Doug123
I have used the old Red hex, the new yellow hex, and also the MF pads. I agree with Bill, the MF pads are always a great way to go, too - that's how I started putting buttery on, (and what got me hooked on Adams). I always keep 4 - 6 MF pads around because you can use them in lots of ways - great pads.
