InDepthAutoDetailing
Any ill effects of using BG on chrome under the hood of a 68 Camaro? Just wanting to make sure before doing this.
Team Adam's
Absolutely no issues... other than your face getting melted off by the shine!
InDepthAutoDetailing
Thanks Dylan. That's what I thought. You are correct about the face melting. I love me some BG on chrome. I'm guessing I could use the QS on top of the BG to lock in that look for a little while longer.
crowvet
It works on every kind of car except 68 Camaro's I would ignore me If I were you and go for it:2thumbs:
TR6speed
I use it not only on the exterior, but also on the painted components, chrome and carbon fiber pieces in my engine bay. I also use it on my carbon fiber console and gauge bezel.
THE Mook
Remember Sealant goes under glaze. Who knows what that kind of heat will do to product degradation. I would only apply BG for shows and such. Like a dressing for your metal. But that's just me. I agree with Homer.

TR6speed
I normally will have a coat of wax on all chrome, painted, and chrome items in the engine bay I will apply a coat of the glaze prior to a show. Here's a shot of my engine Bay.
