Shane@AtlantaAutoSalon
We had this rare machine come through our door for a full detail inside and out. I was amazed at, even for back in the day, the level of detail that was put into this car. Theres only 54 of these in the states. Once we had her all polished up it was pretty surprising to see the amount of color and metal flake that the paint had. It was great to look at in the sunlight. Shane@AtlantaAutoSalon
Nicely done, what pads do you use? I have a Makita rotary and am looking to get some new pads. Thanks Thanks! The pads we use are: wool: Buff & Shine out of Rancho Dominguez, CA all others: Adams Gen 4 You may need a different backing plate. Im not sure what will and won't fit your Makita. Also a breakdown of what else we used during this detail: All Adams Machine Polish Revive Polish Buttery Wax VRT Metal Polish Glass Cleaner I hope that answers some questions. I wasn't sure if the new Adam's pads would work with rotary's. I have an older Adam's Orange Hex pad (with the black plastic ring around it) and it works, but I have to really press hard to get the velcro to stick at first.
