Clay bar would probably be the safest, and AFAIK, I think you can use full strength APC if the job requires it as long as you don't let it dry on the paint.

 

I used full strength to help take off an INSANE amount of nasty bugs on my truck this weekend.

Yep... I use a 1:1 mixture for a presoak on the front end for really bad bug guts and also the quarter panel areas behind the wheels for road tar and grime.

 

This :thumbsup: Light or fresh bugs I use Waterless Wash as well

Doesn't that strip the wax off? Do you wax or use a sealant every time?
