Bad news is that the lady in the car was going to the hospital because her mom was about to have surgery, the hospital was a block down the road. Back in 2007 the concrete barrier walls that hold the gravel, sand, rock fell on some guys working on the wall. 5 guys, 4 died. The one that survived was my friends dad, they got 8 million for that.
