Rich
NICE SHOW! It's still too cold and rainy here for car shows, but that one looks like a goodie. Congrats on the trophy. If you came in 2nd, I can't imagine what better one came in first, cause yours is fantastic. Nice job!!

If you came in 2nd, I can't imagine what better one came in first, cause yours is fantastic. Nice job!! Thanks Rich, First went to a heavily modified C-3....These are charity shows around here raising money for different causes. My car is Original and does not have all the bling that the mods have. They are usually judged by volunteers and they pick what looks good to them. I do it for fun and I enjoy talking to people who enjoy my car. I do quite well in Corvette only shows. Thanks for the nice compliment,
PacificNWBuckeye
Yep, west of Eugene. Which cars did you recognize? Mainly the one with the WAZA49 plate and the flamed Elky, possibly the Bronco. They have been at the indoor shows here in Portland.

If it's modified and it's not a Corvette only show, then the appreciation of a stock Vette is lost on people. They all go for the flashy paint, the chrome everything, and the newer stuff. I'm debating on going to Ocean City this weekend for Cruisin' OC or staying around here and going to an all Corvette show. Won't be entering because mine is brand new and that's just wrong to do in my book unless it's just a fun class. But your Vette deserves a whole lot of recognition for being an original. Congrats on the win. crowvet
