Super plush blue towel question

Hi guys. Wanted to ask a question about the super plush blue towels. We don't get the double or single soft towels in South Africa only the blues and I wanted to know if there are different versions of the towel? I bought a few recently and after washing to prep them for first use I noticed one is plusher and darker in colour than the others. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

We only sell/distribute white towels... if you do have blues they'd have to be from YEARS ago. Maybe old inventory from a supplier with old stock, but there hasn't been any blue plush towels (except for the autism awareness fundraiser) for about 3 years or more now.

The 'old' Adam's towels were blue with a blue or black banded edging.  Waaay better than anything you could get locally, but the Single and Double Soft towels are even better!

when i first got hooked on Adam's about 3 years ago, i collected a few blue single soft towels. some had black piping around the edges, and the smaller ones had blue piping along the edges. the ones you have like that, or is the weave of the towel look like a waffle?

Hi guys.  Yeah these towels are the OLD Adam's Super plush Blue towels.  Thank you for the feedback.  I also wanted to ask if anyone has ever experienced small balls of microfiber collecting on the ends of strands of their towels? I have had this happen to a few of my microfibers (from other manufacturers) and have noticed this on these super plush towels as well.  They are soft balls but on other towels have become harder which makes the towel rough and makes me relegate them to interior use.

 

 

I only wash with HE detergent in my HE washer on 100 Fahrenheit and air dry so don't know what could be causing it. If anyone could offer some advice it would help a lot.

Looks like just wear and tear... microfiber towels aren't going to last forever and when they start to get ratty its time to replace them.

I agree with Dylan. Those look to have seen better days. I think you will be impressed with our current MF polishing towel options. Better performance and durability.

That towel look like something I want to rub my face in when its fresh out of the dryer

Oh I forgot to mention that the towel pictured is a new towel straight after 1st wash to prep for use. I can only think it is a wash issue. towel is super soft still.
