Overspray on chrome wheels

I had some spare wheels sitting around in my shop uncovered when I painted a hood and now they have green overspray all over them. This Is actual automotive paint not spray paint. Not sure where to even start on getting it off - all suggestions are welcomed.

Try clay bar.

0000 Steel Wool and WD-40

I would try the clay first and see if it take it off, if not def the 0000 steel wool.

You could also try some wax and grease remover. It is milder than reducer but even reducer shouldn't hurt the chrome. If the overspray is fairly fresh it will probably wipe off.

Are you sure they are chrome? Got any pics or info on them?

Many OEM wheels today are clear coated. Have to treat them like paint.

If you go the claying method it may take a couple passes.
