First Time Detailing a Semi Truck

My uncle from Arizona drives truck and was able to make it here to Pennsylvania for Thanksgiving. I volunteered to clean his truck for him while he was here. I only had about 5 hours so my plan was to just clean it up and add a little shine. Having never tackled something this big I soon realized that a Steam Jenny would have been a big help. Also, a elevated platform to reach the roof was needed. I made do with a tall step ladder.

There was about 9,000 miles of road grime that I had to remove. Other then using Adams APC on some really dirty areas the Adams Shampoo removed the dirt easily. I did not clean the back of the tractor. That's where a Steam Jenny would come in handy. I once again was amazed with the H20 Guard and Gloss. It went on easy and provided a noticeable shine to paint that was in need of being polished.

All done. H20 GG to the paint. SVRT to the tires and black trim.

It was a good learning experience and fun to detail something different. Plus, my uncle has a clean truck to go back to Arizona with.
