Made a test pass on some terrible paint!

First off, I wanted to say that I'm amazed so far. I had an old fender off of my car in the attic. The paint is awful, deep scratches, scrapes, etc.. I washed the fender, wiped it down good, and went for my first pass with my new Rupes. I used the orange pad with the paint correction polish and then went to the white pad with finishing polish. If I had used the more aggressive pad, it would've been even better but I'm extremely happy. I can't wait to do my whole car but it needs a full detail at the moment.

Invest in some MF pads for the Rupes and then comment on the results. Makes quick work of swirls. It does tend to generate some heat though.

Looking good!!  So happy to see the rupes having such an effect!!

 

I bought the Rupes bigfoot 21 and am just waiting for it to get warm enough to use.  I also have black paint and am REALLY looking forward to seeing what it can do!
