question about compatability

So, as some of you know ill be making a switch from meguires to adams over the coming month. Now with that said i have a gallon of meguires quick detailer, can i use this in place of the adams quick detailer for priming the foam pads until it is gone? Or is the formula different enough that it wont give similar results. I would rather use that up first before i bought more.

 

I just want to know so i can buy the adams detail spray now if need be for when i clean up the wife's car.

Yes you can use your Meg's QD for priming pads. You can prime pads with distilled water as well.

 

Bring the Meg's in the house and clean your counters and dust with it to use it up! Haha

Yep. You should be good. I mix and match frequently. For example, I buy my non-Adams detail spray in concentrate and use it to clay and prime pads before Adams polishes. Works great!
