Got the new polisher mounting bracket up

Greg from GA

Question

I got the new polisher mounting bracket mounted up.  Plus I got my new master blaster mounted to the wall as well - the 30' hose is enough to leave the unit mounted on the wall to use for me (I hope - untested that way other than to blow ALL the dust and cobwebs out of my garage.

Side note - thanks to Ryan@Adams for the tour of the Adams shop on Friday.  I was visiting a friend in Denver and Ryan showed us all around the warehouse and I got to demo a master blaster just as my very own was arriving here back home in Georgia.

Looks like a good set up. Congrats. I really want to visit the showroom how was it

it was late Friday afternoon and busy busy busy in the warehouse.  Neat to see all the huge plastic containers with all the chemicals waiting to be poured into bottles and gallon containers.  Very colorful. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend a visit.  Coincidentally we went to visit a VW dealership while I was there and they had a display of Adams products too.  Neat to see them in the wild instead of in a box on my porch.

Nice setup, just dont forget to take the fire extinguisher and once or twice a year turn it upside down and give the bottom a tap with a rubber mallet (I say tap but give it a solid one) to free up all the dry powder so that if the unfortunate event arrises that you need to use it, it will be good to go. Over time the powder will pack down and not work when needed.

Thanks for the tip; I've never done that before.  I actually did attend a citizens fire academy many years ago and (among all the other cool stuff I got to do like make a convertible out of minivan with hydraulic cutters and spreaders in a junkyard) they set some oil on fire for us to extinguish.  What I took away from that was that you get so little extinguishing power out of those small extinguishers that they are almost worthless.  They were a much a very quick 'one and done' thing.  Here I was thinking I had this infinite spray and oh wait it's done!

I agree we do one at work every couple of years and its always fun to see how much we can put out with one extinguisher, we thankfully have a fire trainer at work so we really get to have some fun.
