airhog
What is the best way to get the white lettering on the tires to become white again if it dirty or is not white anymore? I have already tried All Purpose Cleaner and a brush and that didn't help. Thanks airhog.
NightMare Silverado
I use shr, revive on my vinyl I can't see a tire being much different. Once you get it white again be sure to keep up with vrt even if your not doing a detail to keep it that way.

b_pappy
I haven't done white letters or white walls in a long time. If APC, or GWC doesn't get it I used to use the soapy Brillo pads or Wesley's bleach white. Bruce

Rich
Westley's Bleach White gets my vote too. And if you have patio chairs that have that plastic strapping, Westley's will knock the black dirt right off of them.
mcss383
Westleys Bleach White (Auto Zone, Orielly's ,Walmart, etc in white bottle) IF you do not have polished aluminum wheels. This stuff will clean those letters to pure white with one or two applications, but it will severely cloud and corrode bare metal. If you do have bare aluminum wheels then use a toothbrush and be careful to keep the stuff off the wheel.

Rich
How about some pictures of your tires so we can see just how bad they are? Or isn't it your car that you're asking about?

Don't have to worry about chemicals eating away at expensive wheels. I once spilled a little Westley's on the paint of my car many many years ago. Stained the paint, and it never came out. The stain was instant, didn't even get a chance to rinse it off.
