2 Bucket Wash

Depends entirely on how dirty your car is, and how much pressure is in the hose you are using to blast it off.

Lots of pressure, not driving in snow, mud, or salt? One bucket is plenty.

Live on a 3-mile long dirt road? Driving in the snow, mud, rain, often? Waiting 3 weeks to wash the vehicle? Absolutely.

My $0.02. :)

Yeah, the 2 bucket method is awesome.

But I do have to agree with Adam, it isn't always necessary. I almost never use the two bucket when washing the vette because it never gets driven in the rain and 90% of the dirt is dust that gets blown off with the first rinse. Still use the foam gun though. :)

I will use a second bucket just for the wheels since they are always nasty...
