Nickc0844
Hi Everyone, So actually, I bought the truck for my wife. It was the only way to convince her to have a truck in the family for all the projects we've been doing. However, now that I work from home when I'm not traveling (company is based in NYC), she drives my Mercedes E500 daily while this is typically our weekend car. Truck: 2007 GMC Sierra, 4x4, SLT package (loaded). 6" Superlift Kit, 35" Toyo M/T Tires, 18" Motometal wheels, LineX, Flowmaster Exhaust, Airaid CAI and throttle body spacer, Superchips Flashpaq programmer, Denali Grille We bought the truck in October of last year, and after driving it for two days, took it to get modded up. This past weekend, we had the pleasure of renting a cabin in the north Georgia mountains (Ellijay/Blue Ridge) for a little R&R. There was a creek in the backyard, along with a pre-existing trail. While my photoshoot was cut short (rain), I was able to get these (see below). The theme was the beach isn't too far away from North GA. Camera/Lens: Canon 40d with Canon L-series 70-200mm f/2.8 and Canon 18-55mm

Nickc0844
With the Hypertech PowerPaq, I'm getting 13-14 around town, 16+ on longer trips, plus added about 25 hp. I can't tell if the Airaid CAI and Throttle Body Spacer are doing much, but they sound good!

Nickc0844
Thank you sir. I've had 4 black vehicles, and this being the wifey's, opted for something a little different this time around. We've had it completed for 3 years now last month. I'd change a couple things: 1) Go with a 7" lift and/or consider a body lift in addition to a 6" suspension lift for greater clearance on nubby 35" tires 2) Amp Research steps. I was already deep into the project when we got started, so another $1500 for steps wasn't attractive at the time. Good luck, Nick
Brad519
1) Go with a 7" lift and/or consider a body lift in addition to a 6" suspension lift for greater clearance on nubby 35" tires You can still add a body lift. Zone Offroad makes a 1.5 and 3" body lift. 1.5 is $150.00 and 3 is $374.00. I have a 6" Suspension and the 1.5 Zone.
