PlainOleS5
Had the last day of mid 60 degree weather today so after alittle black friday shopping I decided it was time to get out there and winterize my ride! All in all it took alittle over 4 hours. Here are the steps I did: Hit the wheels. Used APC and Deep Wheel cleaner Sprayed down the engine bay. Used APC and wheel brushes Strip wash. Used Car Shampoo with some APC, foam gun too! Clay while wet Normal wash to get the residue off the car Dry with GWDT, blower, and some detail spray Hit the glass with Glass sealant then buffed it off Applied Paint Sealant to the whole car and buffed off Went back to the engine and hit it with some In & out Spray Hit the tires with tire shine ....Profit? Have a few pics of the whole process too! Supplies to tackle the job Here are some shots of the car all dirty! After some cleaning! Hope ya'll enjoy!!! I was too tired at the end to get more pictures. Also, all the shots were from my cell phone, so no picking apart picture quality! jeffh, Sac and Dan@Adams

PlainOleS5
Finally had a sub 60 degree day in Maryland last weekend! Was itching to break out the hose and buckets to give my ride some love and attention!! Lets start off with the every growing collection of products....plus some newly added stickers! Moving on to some dirty shots....my car was filthy with road salt, dirt, etc!! Did a good ole fashion 2 bucket wash. Used an extra wash pad since the vehicle was soooo dirty. Started by doing my wheels and tires. DWC on the rims and APC on the tires. Made sure to use the full compliment of wheel brushes/woolies. Then moved to foaming it down with the foam gun. Used the yellow wash wedge on the top half of the vehicle...and a wash pad on the back of the car and bottom half. (so much dirt and carbon build up I just threw away the wash pad after the use) After washing....when with the H20 G&G to re-up some protection on the LPS I put down before winter! Then came back with glass cleaner and hit all of my glass. Here are the results! mc2hill

PlainOleS5
dang, those wheels are shiny. I actually thought there were a gun metal color...they were dirty!!! The sad thing is most people think they are gun metal. Brake dust kills them!!!! Worth cleaning them everyweek in the spring and summer though! Love the hypersilver when they are clean!
