  1. Hello All, After receiving my first set of Adam's orders over the past few weeks, I decided that it was warm enough to attempt a Full Facemelter on my new (to me) BMW 335i. I have some before, during, and after photos. (not many as it was getting dark the first day early) This was before I started, but after I did a quick polish and sealant after I got it home. The same goes for the interior. Just showed the state between what was done prior to my ownership on the passenger seat and what Adam's products can do on the driver side and console. Wheels before and during cleaning. After the wheels clean and undercarriage spray applied (a little too much) Finished (strip wash, clay, correction x2 polish, finishing polish, sealant, glaze and Americana (and glass sealant)) :) I will say that the full facemelter won't fix the 4+ years of highway abuse the paint had seen before I got it... but now it is FULLY protected, LOOKS DEEP AND AWESOME, and I will work on touching up the deep scratches and rock chips here soon. As a side note... All the rubber glue that the tire people put on to hold the weights to the rim and then take off but leave the glue behind... that is a PAIN to get off and deal with. **Unless someone has any suggestions as to get it off easily without scratching the clear coat finish of the painted wheels?**
  2. I just thought this would be cool to send out to the Adam's group. I found this old "freebie" from my days at a tech giant. It has a microfiber cloth wrapped around a foam core on one end. The other is a soft bristle brush for cleaning keyboards. There is, in the middle a storage area for a small container of screen cleaner. I decided to see if I could break it open and refill it. I was successful and filled it with none other than Adam's famous Glass Cleaner. So now I can keep my keyboard and screen looking Great while on the go.
  3. I agree that this might be a good idea. Kind of like a "trial period" and they hold your credit card number while you try it and if you break it, they charge your card. If you send it back (on your dollar) and it is fine, all is well and it goes to the next person. I would, however recommend charging a "trial fee", just to make back some of the overhead for actually having them and servicing them, as they get loaned out to customers, in the field. Doesn't have to be much, just a little to make back the cost of initial purchase and storage.
  4. Thank you for your input. I am researching more into painting costs and timing. I will continue to keep the paint up as best I can until the respray is completed.
  5. Qt size is great. If you get the half gallon, just think about how much product you have to tediously work, to get back into the gallon container it came from (of 5 gal drum if you fancy). A foam gun makes the job easier but it just helps get extra product on the vehicle. 2 Bucket wash follows it every time.
  6. Hello everyone. I am newer to this forum and I finally have most of my products in now. (search in the unboxing section) I need some help trying to find the best solution to "hold the issue at bay" (for as long as possible) until I can work up enough funding to pay for a complete respray of the ENTIRE jeep (this solution needs to last 18 mon to 2 years (with additional reapplications, of course)). Backstory... I have an older jeep cherokee with clear coat failure on the hood, wheel well covers and roof. I have a picture of the hood below where the left side up to the center divide has been corrected and polished (with a cyclo) x2 (after washing it 5 times and then claying twice). I then sealed the paint and applied BG and Americana (Full Face-melter). I will state that the most obvious answer to my question is to have the entire hood and roof repainted... not to mention the keyed job on the driver side from front fender to back hatch (there before I owned it). I just purchased the 4" focus pad set and dill adapter to go over the clear coat areas again and see if I can knock the flaking down a little and then protect it again. Any thoughts or suggestions as to what else can I do with Adam's products (and some touchup paint) that I haven't already tried? Help please. Thank you in advance.
  7. Christopher... I have granite counter tops as well. They are "sealed" and so I am asking... I can still use glass cleaner and sealant on it without stripping or damaging the original hard sealant?
  8. Now that is a GREAT idea. **hint** **hint** Hey Nick... Pretty please (giving the begging eyes) can we do another detail something different section?
  9. lol. That is just crazy. Well... There is a new seals job, not to mention paint and clearcoat replacement. (Not that that matters in this case)
  10. Hello Adam's Forum Members (AFMs) and new comers, Here is a quick post regarding my first full usage of my new glass cleaner and sealant (other than on my car's windows). I apologize in advance as I didn't see the "other" category until after making this post. Just thought Glass cleaner and sealant went with the interior category. I have 2 end tables and a coffee table that all have glass tops. I decided to give the glass cleaner and sealant a try on them since they are all "tempered glass". The results are AWESOME!!!! Now I will note that each table has some scratches in the glass (due to 3 house moves in moving trucks). But you can barely tell with the cleaner and sealant. I LOVE these products. I did NOT however clay the surface before sealant. I didn't have time. Just clean and seal. This photo is of a pretreated glass piece (scratches didn't show up well) This is a piece after treatment. (particles are some light scratches that were not hidden in the sealant and dust) They are so useful and create such a dramatic change that I got my family interested in Adam's products after this trial run. I just posted an unboxing of my newest order in that section which includes a glass cleaning collection and extra glass sealant. The family wanted me to order it up so we (as a family) could clean and seal ALL exterior and interior windows of our house.
  11. nice job. Looking forward to my wash and wax tomorrow on my vehicles (weather permitting of course).
  12. You should post up some of the updated photos of the '89 after adams products.
  13. I am just glad that I was able to "try out" the products from a friend first. But Word of Mouth goes a LONG way.
  14. Can't wait for pictures. Welcome to the Adam's Forum.
  15. I am sure, doing a full "face-melter" on the new vehicles will make them shine much better than they did rolling off the dealer lot (or truck). I understand as I just made a large first purchase myself (without polisher or pads). Saving for that and still have not decided between the Flex and Cyclo.
