  1. Thanks. I do my best to have both of my cars looking great.
  2. Looking good. I like the color of this vette.
  3. An impala at this year typically has hard clear. I agree with Adam.
  4. All I can say is buy it and give it a shot. If not then wait for others to start getting it and posting there reviews.
  5. Chris that looks great on the tires. Not overly glossy but glossy enough. For those that don't like to spray onto the tire, spray it onto the applicator and apply it that way. I look forward to trying it out as soon as it arrives.
  6. I use the flat pads myself.
  7. Rich I moved this to the Garage Sale Forum. Feel free to remove it from here.
  8. Looks good. I know how you feel as I also own a white car. When I have the car in the garage under the lights I have to use all sorts of crazy angles while I'm applying and removing. I would recommend you add polish to your regiment next time to enhance the gloss even more.
  9. Seems normal to me. Camaro's typically have hard paint. I think you did just fine. Although I would do a strip wash next time rather than using dawn.
  10. If it's textured plastic I would recommend a brush (ie tooth brush).
  11. I bought two of these off ebay awhile ago. I have not tried these yet so I don't know they work with SVRT. They are 4". They are made by lake country.
  12. Are you using a tire brush to thoroughly clean the the tire?
  13. Nick when is the estimated availability of these items?
  14. I don't have the Adam's backing plate but the lake country backing plate I use with 4" pads is 3.5". I would figure it's about the same siz as the Adam's backing plate. The pads fit on it just fine. The backing plate you have is ideal for 3" pads.
  15. I got tired of clicking like lol. You have a sweet colorado. I like what you have done with it.
  16. I have the mini Americana and the last time I used my PC with a 4" pad and applied it. I agree with Norton.
  17. I would be curious to try it out and compare it to SVRT.
  18. Nice transformations in this thread. Chris very impressive.
  19. Welcome. That's a great looking truck.
  20. You make a valid point. I find the PC to work best with 5.5" pads.
  21. If you don't happen to have any of the Adam's applicators at the minimum you can stop by your local auto parts store and see if they carry the yellow foam applicators. I know for sure that pep boys has some Peak foam applicators for like $3.
  22. If the paint is in good condition with light to moderate defects then I would use foam pads. If you have heavy defects then I would go microfiber. I would recommend a test spot with a white pad and finishing polish. If you need more correction try out the orange pad with correcting polish. If the clear is hard and you need more correction then I would go to MF pads.
