  1. Have a bottle of Buttery the new formula. Used it once. Looking to trade for any of the following items Revive Polish Quick Sealant Leather & Interior Conditioner
  2. You can use machine super sealant, liquid paint sealant, buttey, Americana, patriot. Anything really if you don't have access to quick sealant.
  3. I am in agreement here. I see everyone always saying heat will degrade a sealant so maybe that is why everyone is asking for a wheel wax/sealant that can survive those higher temps. But If I am not mistaken quick sealant has a pretty high temp rating. I see your point about the latest advancement in detail sprays. Everything you said make sense. I was just wondering why Adam's never had one when I see every other manufacturer offering one these days. Looking forward to the newest additions. Nick is does this tire shine also offer SPF like VRT?
  4. Nice to hear about the new additions. Not everyone will like the tire shine but I am willing to give it a shot. I have a feeling that those who don't seem interested in it, will eventually break down and get it . On a side note I was always curious why there is no spray wax like other maufacturers. I know the detail spay is a booster but I was thinking something that offers a little more protection and durability than the detail spray alone. It would make a nice addition as a maintanace product. Looking forward to the new products.
  5. I will have to try it again with VRT. Right now I'm testing another tire dressing.
  6. Hope I don't get dinged for posting this but I use this carrand tire brush to apply VRT. Works really well.
  7. I have to agree. MF pads and machine should remove them.
  8. Looks great. Great looking Audi. Always liked these wheels.
  9. He's a good guy. I have seen his work on another detailing forum. He is also a member on ls1tech which I belong to and Adam's sponsors there as well. He does very good work.
  10. I use them for the AC vents all the time along with some other smaller areas in the interior. They work great.
  11. Yeah you can do that. Just keep the area clean and you should be fine.
  12. I would think revive would be the way to go if you are using a non-Adam's polish prior to applying liquid paint sealant. Although revive will leave behind it's own oils which should no be a problem.
  13. I just saw this. Looks like you got most of it out. I agree a toothbrush should be able to remove what remains.
  14. Either way seems to be ok to apply brilliant glaze according to this thread http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/26457-glaze-before-seal-thoughts/
  15. Welcome from a fellow Californian.
  16. I'm not sure about the pop up tent. I do my work in the garage. I have seen some mobile detailers use the pop up tent on other forums.
  17. Put a little jam on it and you got yourself a nice PBJB (peanut butter and jelly bumper). Glad that worked out for you.
  18. Nice write up. The wheels came out great. I know exactly how you feel. I have hawk pads as well and I agree they dust like crazy. I will be going ceramics as well.
  19. What about one of those easy up pop up tents to give you some shade.
  20. Typically some APC and a brush will get it out. Let us know if you get it cleaned up.
  21. Turned out very nice. As far as a machine you could go with the cyclo that is sold through Adam's. The PC 7424XP is always a nice choice. It is budget friendly.
  22. I did it by hand the last time I glazed my car.
  23. You want to add more shine add some brilliant glaze in between the sealant and americana. Great combo for any color.
