  1. So I tried different machines, changed the microfiber pad for another one. Played with the speeds, even tried a different bottle of correcting polish along with another company's polish and no matter what I do it stains like that and I can't get it off both on plastic and metal. I stopped using the microfiber pad for now.
  2. Self explanatory, I can't get rid of it. Any ideas?
  3. Just starting a pitch black Chrysler 300 SRT, full detail and paint correction over 2 days using only the best chem.... ADAMS! Check out my instagram for a few updates throughout if you are at work and wondering what went wrong with your life
  4. If you define them as scratches, it is probably more than what your hand can handle. I really have a hard time putting the words correction and hand in the same sentence. You can certainly try it and see for yourself

    Garage flooring

I'll have the lights done in a couple of weeks and I guess I'll go to the floor forum to do it right. I'm not planning on staying here forever so don't want to invest too much in that project. Looks like epoxy is my best solution. Thanks for the info
  6. I don't even use distilled water for Rinseless...

Does the floor squeek when you turn the wheels on epoxy? If I go that route I'd buy a $300 costco kit probably
  8. You buy the new foam cannon and realize after that you don't have a pressure washer so you go buy one

    Garage flooring

I guess i should have posted a picture earlier. It's not your traditional size garage. The plan is to replace each light with 1 LED strip. It's s gonna be a bit tough to come up with a nice racedeck pattern I think because of the odd shape. It is deeper than it looks and the opening at the back is also wider than it looks. The full length is 40 feet and at its widest, it's 14 feet.

    Garage flooring

Anybody on here with this and what was the price per foot? Also wondering about drainage if anyone has input on it as I'd probably get the free flow

    Garage flooring

My 2 issues are: 1) My garage is not level but it's not in a decent slope either, I need a squeegee to get it out or else it would stay still ish 2) My garage is 460sq ft so it starts to add up price wise, I couldn't find a specific price on racedeck but their competitors are about $3 per square foot. How big was yours and what was the price landshark?

    Garage flooring

I want to do some work in the garage which includes putting some nice flooring in and upgrade the light with some LED/neon bars (whatever they are called these days). I have a tandem garage (one car behind another) so it's pretty much a tunnel and it's pretty dark. The lights would be mor benificial for paint correction. I'm thinking about putting 3 LED bars about 6 feet apart from each other in the garage section that I use to correct paint. Is it overkill? What about flooring? I don't know much about that but I'd like this rubber feel flooring like the one Adam's have in their bay. Do you need to be rocket scientist to install this and what about water? I wash my vehicles inside the garage so that's also important. I don't care much about epoxy flooring so if that's my only option I may not do the flooring
  13. I ran into that with detail spray too. Color faded away to a grey colour but still works/smell the same
  14. Someone give the wolf a comission because I just pulled the trigger on the foam cannon and the tire and rubber and cleaner. I also grabbed a 1.5gpm 1800psi pressure washer from costco so we'll see how my results compare to yours but I'm excited to try it!
  15. Only correct when you have swirls starting to appear. In a perfect world with a perfect washing technique you should only have to correct a car once but it doesn't happen like that lol. Once a year is usually the average and you can touch up some areas as you do if required
  16. Do yourself a favor and use waterless wash instead
  17. I hope this gets a bonus for this thread because it's gonna sell a lot of cannons. I'm thinking of buying a pressure washer lol
  18. If you are starting small business, I would recommend something with a little more bite than the cyclo just for speed. Either Flex 3401 (someone is selling one on the forum currently) or Rupes 15/21 are good options.
  19. Given that are just starting out, I highly suggest you watch this video series to steer you in the right direction https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4ju56j0wCCWAQO8iA9iq2gnyEflZuWJr It will explain everything you need to know about proper washing, drying, wheel cleaning and all. I would also had another bucket to your list as the 2 bucket wash method is the bare bones of safe washing, as explained on the video.
  20. If you have a light coloured vehicle (white I guess?) then H2O or rinseless wash are my favorite products to add high gloss to the paint.
  21. Old labels Kidding, thanks I'll keep it handy for quick reference!
  22. Don't beat yourself up on your 06 Accord. 06s Hondas are notorious for clear coat failure. My 06 Civic did it too. I'd also replace the buttery with paint sealant and I'd start with a 2 bucket kit which would include 2 buckets, wash pads and shampoo. 2 bucket wash is the fondation of swirl free vehicles.
  23. On my quasi daily driver, I correct and clay once a year. I may touch up a few spots here and there throughout the year if they bug me. On your garage queen I say once a year is more than enough, maybe even longer if the swirls stay away from it
  24. Tire shine gives you the high gloss wet look, VRT gives you the deep black look. Check out the difference between the two on the tire shine video. Rubber tire cleaner cleans the tire and you use one of the other 2 to dress
  25. Print and release? We just wanted a PDF version, I can feel a tag price coming on this one
