Shirts are on the spring 'to do' list - we learned our lesson last time though - having multiple options and multiple colors was probably too much, so we'll be going to a single design most likely. Something simple and branded and comfortable.

Honestly, seeing the description - Ten layers of paint applied to the carbon fiber body panels with a light sanding between each coat to ensure bonding, then an extra heavy layer of clearcoat over top - Totally justifies the pricing (as crazy as that sounds).

Thats labor intensive stuff to do at an OEM level... I've got a couple of buddies in the high end paint business and they've been known to charge upwards of $40,000 for some of their work, and I doubt they're going 10 layers deep and they're definitely not sanding after EVERY coat, just the last base coat and the last clear coat.

Impressed an OEM would even go to those lengths. Very cool! I'll kick $100 into the kickstarter in exchange for a ride when you get it

Just read an absurd article about this car.  The "liquid metal" paint on the car is an additional $63,000.00 !!   SIXTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS! For PAINT!

Well, I am law enforcement, so I've got that one covered. I'm also a veteran and there is a military base here as well and many veterans. If this thing doesn't reach too far, I'll be ok with that. I probably don't have the time or experience to go too far in the business quite yet, so close friends and a few friends of friends will do just fine.

    Good name choice!!

Just remember, its only going to work if you know A LOT of both law enforcement and military members in the area of the business!! (maybe next to a military base would be a good location) That could lead to recommendations!!

StubStang, you nailed it. A bunch of my friends and family were trying to suggest military and law enforcement business names and I told them to think of a name only based on a civilian lifestyle.

One friend looked up my last name and the old Irish meaning for is "prince" so he suggested "Royal Treatment" which I really like.

Yes, she's a complete mush and gets away with murder. recently she's been hiding her milk-bones in the backyard, I swear she's part wolf at times, LOL. Pops is a tad of a push-over but you gotta love the guy at the end of the day. He LOVES that dog, she's also part cat at times while attempting to curl up on the couch next to everyone.

High hooks?  Plastic storage bins maybe.  If it makes you feel any better, I have a cat that eats my rubber winter garage floor mats and poops out all sorts of colors later.

    Hey all,

May seem like an off topic, yet simple solution question, but the family has a dog and she likes to play around with towels. I've told pops multiple times to let her have the towels that she has in her cage, but no one listens and my towels end up full of dog saliva, dirt and unfortunately a few bite marks.

Now, I really can't blame the dog. She's honestly very good and of course towels to anyone, even a dog, can be fun to play around with. Unfortunately for the dog, these are MY towels and they are AMAZING towels. what do you guys recommend? maybe just spray dad with the hose and tell him "no more murder of towels!" ???
